Right out of the Amazon package I could tell I got an item that was previously returned from another customer (not pleased about that!!)The bag itself had damaged from shipment apparently but not so visible.Seperate & appart from that the bag is beautiful!! Spacious too. Good quality, the chains are sturdy.You won’t regret buying this bag. My only regret was that I didn’t get a brand new bag instead of a refusal from a previous customer.

I loved the look of this well made purse. It’s too bad it took so long to get here for someone who’s a prime member . And even though it’s fairly roomy, it’s still fits my all my stuff if I just put it in just so. So I’m giving it a 4 star because it was late,summer is almost over. And it could’ve been just another inch taller. I’m a diabetic so to carry a syringe, my glucose monitor, sugar tablets, ,a drink box and protein bar, phone, RDF card case,she’s packed full. No room for reading glasses.
