Has Worked Real Well For Me So Will Stick With It
I purchased this product based on other reviews. Prior to writting a review I decided to use it for a week or so. I am wired kind of tight so sleep at times is difficult, especially the 3:30AM wake up. In addition I would wake up in the morning with adrenalin flowing. I do use a CPAP machine with good numbers so the apnea was/is not the cause. Ok, I go to sleep within 30 minutes of taking the Melatonin. The 3:30 wakeup still occurs, however, in short order I am back to sleep. The best result from this product is that I wake up relaxed without adrenalin flowing. It took about three days to get the full effect and after a week in a good place, most mornings. So yes I like this product. You can bet I have tried many combinations of melatonin through the years and this one is a keeper.

I pop one of these babies right around 9:45pm. I sleep through the night and I’m ready to wake up by 6:30am, without feeling groggy.

Muy buena las tomo media hora antes de ir a la cama y de verdad que ayudan. Lo único es que debes dormir el tiempo necesario de lo contrario te levantas con mucho cansancio al otro día. Por lo menos es mi experiencia.Por eso trato de dormir 7 u 8 horas.

Use 1-5 mg tab nightly. Takes about 30-45 minutes to kick in. Great night sleep. I weigh 130 lbs and light sleeper. This 5 mg tab works great for me. Have been using now for about a year. Will continue to use.
