Amazing product! Borderline miraculous!
I have been taking Nature’s Way AM/PM Perimenopause pills for almost 2 years now and I honestly don’t think I could have the quality of life I do now, without them. Before I started taking them, the hot flashes, the mood swings, the impatience-it was getting to be too much and was at times, just completely overwhelming. I felt out of control and hopeless. I felt like I wasn’t just wasn’t “me” anymore. It was like I was in a permanent state of uncontrollable PMS, that Pamprin just couldn’t fix & also, I didn’t want to take Pamprin everyday. It’s one thing to take it for a few days when you’re PMS-ing, if necessary, but I knew there’s no way it would be healthy to take every day, but I wasn’t aware of anything else at the time. The symptoms I had seemed a lot like what I knew of Menopause, but from what I knew, Menopause was when your period stopped and that was generally in women older than I was (early 40’s at the time). My period was normal and regular, but my emotions were out of control and the hot flashes were just annoying. It was frustrating for me and probably even more so, for my husband. In researching my symptoms, I realized what I was experiencing was Perimenopause, which I had never heard of before. I dug deeper and found natural things to do to relieve some of the symptoms and started doing all of that (eating better, yoga, etc.), but still, it wasn’t quite enough. I was miserable. I started looking for pills to help with Perimenopause and I came across these on Amazon. Read the reviews and saw so much that spoke to me, saw so many of the same symptoms, the same frustrations that I was experiencing, written in the reviews- symptoms that people were saying these pills helped alleviate, so I ordered them. First box I ordered was almost 2 years ago and I have not let them run out ever since! They’re truly amazing! It wasn’t an immediate relief. It didn’t feel like I took a drug- because I didn’t, these are natural. It was a gradual thing. It was maybe a couple weeks into taking them, that I just realized, I wasn’t as cranky, I wasn’t as quick to lose my patience and the hot flashes had pretty much stopped. My husband definitely noticed the difference in me and is as grateful for these pills as I am-maybe even more so! I noticed that by around 7pm, I would start to get a little flustered, a little “Perimenopaused up” as we like to say in our house, so I started to take my PM pill at that time and it works beautifully for me. There are days, always right before my period, when I feel like I need more, so I do take the Pamprin then, but thanks to these pills, I’m not “PMS-ing” every day of the week, month and year! These pills really got me feeling like myself again and I am forever grateful! I highly recommend it to anyone experiencing Perimenopause. You’re not alone. You’re not going crazy. There’s relief out there for your symptoms. These pills are natural and can help. Try them, consistently and as directed, for a few weeks and you’ll see a difference. You’re loved ones will see a difference too and probably thank you for getting these pills!

Amazing. Totally Worth Trying.
I had a hysterectomy several months ago at the age of 33 for health reasons, but kept my ovaries. My doctors informed me that my hormone levels were “normal” even though they were barely out of menopausal range. I had ALL the symptoms– trouble sleeping, hot flashes, exhaustion, irritability– like PMSing ALL the time. A friend recommended these and I was hesitant, but while waiting to get in to a specialist, I figured it was worth a try. It works GREAT. Within a couple weeks I felt better. It didn’t fix everything, but all I had to do was go on a trip overnight and forget my PM and AM dosage– it took almost 3 days to get back to where I was beforehand. Hot flashes are pretty much gone, I sleep all night, I have better energy, and my irritability is at least manageable. Definitely worth trying for a month or so to see if it works for you.

Perimenopause relief
Dealing with peri menopause it has taken a little over a month to feel the effects. It is worth the wait. I suggest that anyone who is fighting with perimenopause do the research and get something to help you.

It does seem to help with my symptoms, but the nighttime pill smells so awful! It even makes my fingers smell bad just pulling it out of the package.

Helpful but…
I switched to this supplement after being on another brand for about 6 months. I was surprised at how much better my body reacted to this supplement after such a short time. I was still having bad night sweats and horrible insomnia with the other brand, but this has been helping with the night sweats occurrences. Still no help on the inspmnia, but I hope it will eventually help with that too. My only complaint is the horrible smell and taste!! I received my package on a day that I was watching my grandbabies and went ahead and took the morning supplement then and there. The smell was so bad that I thought one of my poor babies had soiled themselves or had really bad gas. I’m on week 3 and am still not used to either and even though it has helped a little more than my last brand, I’m not sure if I can get myself to purchase more. I may have to try another one of their products or another brand because I just can’t stand it. I admire all of you that have been able to push on and continue taking these… I’m just a whimp, I guess.

Try it!
All of the sudden – well it felt like all of the sudden – I started having peri menopause symptoms – they snuck up on me so that I did not notice them all at once – muscle tension and night sweats causing bad sleep, mood swings, sadness and general grumpiness when I am usually an upbeat person. I started lacking energy and not wanting to do the things I normally loved. This was just getting worse and worse…. then I realized it was peri menopause. I seriously thought I might have been going a little crazy. I started taking these and within 7 days I felt like I had my life back. It really was that amazing. I had my energy back, was sleeping at night – even if I do have vivid dreams now, the only slightly negative side effect for me – and I no longer felt sad and tearful. I went off these pills for two weeks, as my doctor wanted me to do hormone blood tests etc and I went right back to square one. Needless to say I am back on these.They really work for me and if they help manage this start of the transition then I will keep taking them. I have told my sisters and my friends about them – I just do not see why as women we should suffer through the symptoms if we do not have to. I have never given a product 5 stars before but this one warrants it!Give it a try if you feel you have any of the symptoms – you have nothing to lose and your life to get back!

Extreme dizziness
I only took PM pill for 2 nights and when I woke up after taking the second pill, I was extremely dizzy and unable to stand. Not for me. I trashed the whole box. On top of that the smell is terrible.
