Best thing I have done for my skin!
I LOVE THIS GEL!!! Let me start of by saying that I do not have bad skin. I average about 7 breakouts a year. I have used Proactiv+, the “proclaimed gift from God” for skin, and this is better than any Proactiv+ product, in my opinion. Proactiv+ has a 3 step program that always left my skin a bit oily when I woke up from a nights sleep, took days to rid my face of mild acne, and it is TOO EXPENSIVE!! The Hydro Boost gel left my skin soft as a baby’s bottom and oil-free. 10 hrs after putting it on, which was before bed, I woke up looking radiant! I already use a face brightening scrub, but this enhanced the brightness in my skin tenfold. It gave me a more even skin-tone, which I LOVE because I am weening myself off of makeup. The clearer my skin is, the quicker I can stop clogging my pores with makeup! I have never used Neutrogena face products before, but I will continue to use this as long as they sell it. It doesn’t have a harsh smell, it applies smoothly, and it lasts! It does not have the consistency of an actual gel (like the thick, jell-o ones you use for your hair), it is more of a light, airy cream that has a blue tint to it. I love to overdo everything. I always feel that the more product I use, the better off I’ll be, but trust me when I say that you do not need that much product. Which is another pro. When I first saw that this little container was $15, I was hesitant because I am used to buying products over the counter that costs less than $10, but you really get your money’s worth. I see this lasting me two months, and I wash my face twice a day. An extremely little dab covers my whole face. I am so glad I came across this product. In case you wanted to know, my daily regimen is as follows: scrub in cleanser (with my clean, washed hands…never clean your face with dirty hands) for 2min. to exfoliate, apply astringent to further clean my face of any dirt the scrub didn’t get, and then I moisturize with the gel. My skin has never looked better and I am truly thankful for this affordable product. Excellently priced and does a great job. As I said before, I don’t have bad skin…so if you’re looking for a miracle to help with cystic acne or anything of the sort..I wouldn’t look to this product for salvation. However, it definitely helps with the occasional break out. I am also adding a clay mask to my face regimen, which is supposed to exfoliate and unclog pores so hopefully that even furthers my skin success. I wish you all good luck in determining which product is right for you. I know narrowing it down can be hard, but I hope this review provides some perspective!

Best moisturizer
I have found it to be true that this moisturizer works just as good as the higher price brands! It kept my skin feeling hydrated. It soaks right into your skin and doesn’t leave any bite residue like some other brands did. I will definitely buy this again.

Could be better
The moisturizing effect is decent, not the best but good enough. I like that the texture isn’t sticky, and the scent is quite pleasant! It feels really nice and refreshing in the summer—cool and lightweight without being greasy. However, for fall and winter, I think the hydration could be improved.

So-so use for problematic oily face skin
My skin is a problematic oily type. Cream texture is great, like aloe vera gel, and has a gentle flower-ish scent. Despite the quality is good, my skin still does not feel it as lightweight. After using in the morning, I can feel my skin more oily and it seems to happen much faster than usual. Not immediate hydration effect.

I have issues with my skin due to illness & being steroid dependant I’ve tried pretty much everything to ease the dryness & it’s not workedTHIS DOES!!!!! It’s not greasy like a cream doesn’t sit on the surface it really goes into your skin I’ve really noticed a difference & a couple of people have commented on how nice my complexion is I’m 46 so I’m tackling middle age & health issues I’m now going to buy the night time product

He usado dos botes de este producto y puedo decir que es una muy buena opción para la hidratación diaria. Contiene principalmente dimeticona y ácido hialurónico. La primera sirve para que la piel pierda agua más lentamente y el segundo es un hidratante.La textura de este producto es un gel semi opaco que se absorbe muy rápidamente en la piel con un efecto mate.Una porción del tamaño de un chicharo alcanza para cubrir toda la cara, es decir, rinde bastante. Me dura entre cuatro y cinco meses usándolo diariamente mañana y noche.Es preferible aplicarlo después de haberse lavado la cara, mientras la piel está húmeda, y una vez se haya absorbido, aplicar encima protector solar o la crema hidratante de diario para sellar el producto.El único “pero” que le encuentro es que contiene fragancia, que en personas con piel excesivamente sensible puede generar reacción alérgica, pero en mi caso no he notado ninguna reacción adversa.Del mismo modo, no lo recomiendo para personas con piel excesivamente seca, porque brinda una hidratación moderada.Como último consejo les puedo decir que comparen precios, porque a veces sube mucho (arriba de $400), y su precio normal oscila entre 220 y 270 pesos.
