A staple in my pool bag, for a good reason. It works and is a great product.
What can I say, Neutrogena knows what they are doing. They make a great product that does not irritate our skin, but provides good sun exposure coverage. Did you know that you are supposed to use almost a full shot glass full (Measurement for applying to the whole body) of sunscreen when you apply it to your body? Also, you need to reapply it after swimming and after sweating every 1.5 hours or so.Yes, it can be pricey and you can go through it quickly, but the cost of some SPF 70 sunscreen is much more affordable than getting skin cancer and having parts cut out of your skin, or worse.This has a nice scent, goes on easily and does not remain tacky.

Light, Moisturizing, and Smells Great, Totally Worth It
I’ve been loving this Neutrogena Beach Defense sunscreen. It goes on so smoothly and feels more like a light body lotion than a typical sunscreen, which I really appreciate. It’s super easy to apply and doesn’t leave that sticky or greasy feeling that a lot of other sunscreens do. My skin actually feels hydrated after I use it, which is a nice bonus especially when I’m out in the sun all day.The scent is fresh and beachy, not overpowering or too “sunscreen-y,” and it fades nicely after a while. This is my new fav sunscreen for hands, body. Not greasy, no icky scent, does the job and I live in the arid, always sunny SW where you literally burn in the shade. These days, we do need sunscreen that works. That will probably be for a very long time. Recommend. haven’t tried it on my face yet though

Pros:-easy to rub in and doesnt leave skin too greasy-seems to protect wellCons:-Strong smell. Its a good smell but there are many occasions where you want sun protection but dont want to smell like berries and cream from a mile away. Definitly reconsider before bringing into bear country or if your sensitive to strong smells.

Skin kind sun block
This is a very comfortable sun block. It is skin-kind lotion that enriches the skin and provides very good sunscreen effects. The lotion is liquid enough to be applied easily and soaks into the skin quickly.

Worked perfectly for sun in Mexico!
I ordered this to take on our beach trip to Cancun, and it kept us protected all week with no issues. It did not leave our faces feeling overly greasy, and both of my kids who tend to have sensitive skin didn’t have any noticeable issues except some slight redness around their eyes (which could have been from the sunscreen, the sun, the sand, the salt or anything really). No noticeable scent when applying. Great protection in a big name brand for pretty inexpensive price ($5 at time of ordering). I still have some left in the bottle after a week long stay as well.

My family and I have been using this product for years. Each application lasts 3-4hrs or so (depending on how thick you apply). It doesn’t stain the clothes and gets absorbed into skin fast. And Amazon has the best pricing so when it was on sale, I immediately grabbed it

I have very sun-sensitive skin and burn so easily. A week or so before I went on holiday, I was wearing a dubious factor 50 in the sun all day and found I had to reapply so much because I felt I was going to burn – even then, when I got home my skin was sore, pink and hot. Fortunately I didn’t get proper sunburn, just a bit of pinkness that went within a day, but it made me think I needed to get a proper sunscreen for my holiday in a hot, sunny, continental climate. I got this and couldn’t be happier… I applied and reapplied religiously as you should, but even under very hot, fierce sun I got zero pinkness or post-sun pink or hot skin, and not even the slightest threat of sunburn! For someone as sensitive to the sun as me, this was amazing. I didn’t tan but I don’t normally (I burn) and I didn’t expect to when I’m fastidiously applying factor 70 sunscreen, but as I wasn’t fearfully hiding from the sun for fear of pain and sunburn, I did get a bit of a healthy glow/mini-tan. I don’t think it’s sun-exposure in an unhealthy sense, just my skin being happy and healthy after getting some sunlight without having to obsessively cover up and hide from the sun.It is a bit thick and can get on clothes etc. but give it a good rub in and apply a little bit before you leave for the day / move around during the day, and it’s fine. Bottle is big and was a bit of a pain carrying in my small day bag for reapplication, but you could always decant into a smaller bottle. Both of those things are worth considering, but pretty standard for sunscreen.All in all, a fantastic sunscreen, it will be my go-to! I need this forever. Recommended for anyone who is sensitive to the sun and burns easily – whether you want to be able to go out in the sun without feeling you need to cover up so much, or whether you still opt to for extra protection. Please remember to reapply though – as with most sunscreens, this isn’t one and done for the day, you’ll need to reapply every so often, but as long as you do so you’ll have very solid sun protection and happy skin.
