Excellent quality product, helped relieve some dry eye disease discomfort
My eye doctor recommended fish oil supplements because I have dry eye disease and I’ve been using these for years. I learned he uses them himself after about a year. I have an extreme case of the disease but it got worse when I took a month-long break from these.These are on the pricier end of fish oil supplements but I trust Nordic Naturals. They are consistently rated highly due to their quality, transparency of information, and dependability. I have never once tasted even a hint of fishiness nor even the lemon flavor they add to avoid a fishy taste. I’ve never experienced “fish burps” so I don’t even know what they are. I assume they are regular burps that happen to take fishy if they occur soon after taking the supplement.The only drawback I’ve found is the tendency of them to clump together in the bottle in warm and/or humid weather. I didn’t have air conditioning for most of this past, hot, summer and I had to pry each capsule off the stuck-together mass. I also order the largest size, 210 capsules, so I’m sure the overall weight was a factor.

I’ve been using this Omega-3 from Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega for about two months now, and I can genuinely tell the difference. I originally bought it to support my skin, digestion, and overall wellness, since I’ve tried other fish oils before but most gave me acid reflux or that unpleasant fishy aftertaste — not this one!These soft gels have no strong taste or smell, and I’ve had zero reflux, which was a big deal for me. They’re not tiny, but I’d rate them 3/5 for ease of swallowing — totally manageable, especially with water or juice.After a few weeks, I noticed my skin looking more hydrated, my digestion improving, and even my knees feeling less stiff (I have some issues with them, and I combine this with other supplements). The quality and purity feel top-notch, and for the price and quantity (210 soft gels), it’s honestly an excellent value.I’ll definitely keep buying this one — it’s one of the few omega-3 supplements that actually delivers results without side effects.

Great quality omega-3s with a pleasant lemon flavor
This is my third bottle of Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega, and I keep coming back for a reason. The delivery was quick, and the product always arrives in perfect condition. The lemon flavor really makes a difference because it completely covers the fishy smell or aftertaste that you would normally expect from fish oil. No fish taste whatsoever, no side effects either
Nordic Naturals is rated a very high quality brand from everything I’ve read. I have a way I test to make sure the oil in fish oil softgels isn’t rancid. I stick a pin in a capsule and taste it. Usually they taste like fish. These have zero taste of fish, and instead have a mild lemon flavor. I wouldn’t know it was fish oil, based on the taste. Maybe it has something to do with how these are processed. No bad effects from taking this. It definitely is not rancid. These have a decent potency.

Large pills but no fish burps !
Bought this for dry eye , so far doing fine. Haven’t noticed a change in my eyes, but I’ve only been using it for about a month. Capsules are kind of large so they can be hard to swallow but no fishy burps which is great.

This omega-3 is really clean and easy to take. No fishy burps at all, which is usually a problem for me with fish oil. The lemon flavor is light, the capsules go down smoothly, and I like that the EPA/DHA levels are higher than most brands. It’s a little pricier, but the quality feels worth it.
