Awesome Mouthfeel
I am a huge fan of Genmaicha tea. I’ve tried a few brands and Numi is my #1. I drink it iced every day. The roasted rice is such a perfect compliment to the green tea. Wonderful mouthfeel with every sip.I am not a huge fan of plain green tea but this is delicious. I highly recommend and the price isn’t too bad.

I’m obsessed with yuzu and I love green tea. I went to a green tea farm in Japan, and they talked about bancha – which is tea from the 2nd harvest and typically a more mild flavor since the tea leaves grow faster it has less time to develop flavor. I was so impressed that numi went further than just saying green tea and specificed the quality/harvest of tea. All that to say you can trust this tea was made well and is delicious/mild citrus + green tea flavor

Favorite green tea flavor
This is my favorite green tea. I love the light jasmine flavor which isn’t overpowering in any way. I used to buy them at my local health food store but for some reason they stopped selling this brand. Numi is one of the best tea brands available so not sure why.

I really like these teas because they are organic and have tried alot of their other flavors which I liked. The price is good too.The reason for 3 stars is because they didn’t come in a box of 50 or 100 or whatever like my last order. They came in one big box and the individual tea bags looked like they just dumped some in.

Numi Jasmine Green vs. Taylors of Harrogate Jasmine Green Taste Comparison
I did a taste comparison today between Numi Jasmine Green and Taylors of Harrogate Green Tea with Jasmine. I brewed them in identical mugs, pouring the same amount of water, at the same temperature into each, and brewing each for three minutes. I tasted them side by side.Both are good teas, but the Numi Jasmine has a better and more intense aroma. The smell of jasmine is more apparent with the Numi tea. I think the Taylors of Harrogate Jasmine may be very slightly darker in color when brewed under the same conditions. They have similar tastes. Both are satisfying in the amount of flavor they have; they seem to have equally strong flavor profiles. The Taylors of Harrogate Jasmine is somewhat more bitter however, and the taste of the Numi Jasmine is subtly better.All around, I recommend the Numi Jasmine. It was the winner in terms of aroma and taste between these two teas, and I would say that it’s better than other jasmine green teas that I’ve had in the past as well.EDIT (5/12/2015):Today, I did another taste comparison. This time I brewed three cups, one each of Numi Jasmine, Taylors Jasmine, and Choice Organics Jasmine, using the same methodology as last time. I still agree with my original assessment between Numi Jasmine and Taylors Jasmine.Taylors is once again darker in color than Numi and darker than Choice Organics as well. Of the three, Numi has the strongest aroma of jasmine and Choice Organics has the least jasmine aroma, but, in the case of the Choice Organics, some nice green tea aroma comes through to compensate. Once again, Taylors is somewhat more bitter in taste than the other two.Numi and Taylors have a more floral taste, while green tea taste dominates the flavor profile of Choice Organics.Numi is once again the winner, in my opinion, between these three jasmine teas. It has the most jasmine flavor and aroma. I would say that Taylors and Choice Organics are tied for second place. Choice Organics would be a better choice for people who prefer the jasmine aroma and taste to be more subtle and take a backseat to the aroma / taste of the green tea. Taylors would be better for someone who likes a slightly bitter bite to their jasmine tea.

I’ve been drinking this tea for years and can’t start my day without it. After moving back to Australia from the US I had to find a place that sells it. Amazon has been a lifesaver, however, this box of 100 tea bags went from $80 to $160!!!! DOUBLED in 6 months. Am I missing something?! Why the significant price rise?
