I love this cute little scale. I’ve never had a food scale before. When I got a bread machine, I found out what a difference it makes to weigh out ingredients. Using measuring cups and spoons are very inaccurate. I wanted a scale with a replaceable battery, because I always seem to lose cords, and it seems like it’s more convenient to not have to recharge it. Very few scales were battery powered, so that made this one stand out. It uses a CR2025, which is easy to find for a couple bucks. The scale is easy to set and easy to read. The battery should last a really long time, since it automatically shuts off. And unless you’re a power baker, which I am not, you might only use it for two minutes at a time. When using it, I put a piece of cellophane over it to keep it clean. It seems it would be easy to wipe off if needed. I wasn’t sure how to store it at first. I considered putting it in a kitchen drawer in its box. It seems a little fragile, so I was worried that someone would be too rough with it or put something too heavy on it. I finally decided to store it in the bookcase with my cookbooks. It fits right in perfectly. It’s so slim, nobody will probably even notice it, and it stays clean and ready for whenever I want to use it.

Measures up to quality at a low price.
This ultra light easy to use digital scale is perfect for my needs. I am on a meal plan and I eat portion sizes. So I weigh out my proteins. Fish, chicken, pork and red meat. I use the ounce part as it’s 4-6 oz. of protein a meal. This is fast and accurate. I like how you can zero out the empty container then add the meat to see the weight you’re looking for. Very easy to use, and comes prepackaged with a battery. Thank you to a five star seller.
