Care & Cleaning. The pitcher, pitcher lid and single serve cups are all dishwasher safe, while the extractor blades and to-go lids are top-rack dishwasher-safe. The Tamper and Motor Base are not dishwasher safe. Hand-wash the tamper with soap and water. The motor base should never be submerged in water; wipe any spots off the motor base with a damp cloth. 1 Year limitied warranty.
For safety, the blender will automatically shut off after 60 seconds when blending in the single-serve cup. The blender also limits single-serve blending to 3 consecutive cycles in a 6-minute period.

Nice feature set and not overly complicated
After 11 years with my previous Nutribullet, I upgraded to this model. It’s much more versatile than my original. I like the SmartSense feature when it comes to smoothies. I tend to use whatever is in the fridge and don’t necessarily think about how well an item will blend. This feature means you don’t have to stop and start to figure out if everything is blended. I also appreciate how this unit has 2 container sizes.There are some items I learned:1. Yes, it can be loud based on your settings.2. Despite what some people said, my previous blender cups did not work.3. You need to listen for the audible “click” sound when you attach a container. Otherwise, you’ll get a series of dashes on the LED

Such a smooth operator
This thing is a beast 1st speed is usually good enough unless you didn’t add enough liquid to blend everything up. 4 gear is pretty loud almost thought it was going to fly away on me. So far I have only used it for smoothies but plan on using it for salsas, and other things. Even though I know I won’t turn into Captain America or any other superhero overnight being able to start drinking and eating more healthy should be better for me in the long run because now I don’t have as much explosive diarrhea as I use to. It’s more like a buffet soft serve with a larger bowl. I would definitely recommend this product to others and also repurchase it if I had to. I give it two Chuck Norris thumbs up. So if I look stronger after using this it was probably just your imagination but I will still thank you for the compliment.

Good but…
Even though I’m giving it four stars, I’m returning it. Several times frozen bananas have gotten stuck and it’s really loud. Some reviews said it was quieter, it’s not quieter than my last one. I love the way nutribullet makes my smoothies, when done well, they are very creamy. But I seem to need to get a new one every year or two and recently realized it’s because it says you should get a new blade every six months. I’ve never done that. So I tried ordering a blade for my last one and it wasn’t available. So time to update for one with a 10 year warranty.
