We use nutricost for a majority of our supplements and will continue to do so. The quality with the price is what keeps bringing us back. I take it with a stack of supplements and haven’t had any issues with taste going down….will occasionally get the fish burps…gross I know. Easy to swallow will be back for more!

Good Omega 3 supplement for the price with slight fishy smell.
Good price supplement from one of the more reputable supplement company. The only drawback is that it has slightly fishy smell which is somewhat common for this type of product. The size of the pill is not not small but not overly large either. Overall pretty good product but I think I will stick to one without odor like the one from Sports Research which I also ordered same time as this one though it costs bit more.

High DHA and EPA
I prefer this omega brand because of the amount of EPA and DHA. Usually does not have a fishy aftertaste, also has minimal ingredients (aka no fillers). Really good for joint pain as well. My son ADHD so he likes to take these as well (not advising it’s going to support ADHD, but he says the make him feel better, so why not!).

Llevo casi dos años tomando este omega 3 y puedo decir que realmente vale la pena. Me gusta porque tiene una buena concentración de EPA y DHA, y he notado mejoras tanto en mi energía como en la recuperación después del ejercicio. No me deja sabor a pescado como otros que probé antes, y las cápsulas no son difíciles de tomar. La calidad ha sido constante en cada compra, por eso lo sigo usando. Muy recomendado si buscas un omega 3 completo y confiable.
