Period symptom relief
My periods have been so awful lately. I feel so moody, bloated and emotional. I wanted to give these a try and I really feel as though they are helping me. I definitely feel less bloated, I have more energy, and my emotions seem more in check. To me these seem very effective and they are a very good price. They also relieve a lot of my cramping. I will continue to use these because they are really helping me.

I have used this product for a week so far. While I haven’t had my cycle, I have noticed it has helped to clean out my system. My acne worsened, but I believe it is the cleansing power of the vitamin. I am hopeful that it will alleviate some of the symptoms I experience during my cycle.

For my body this is just okay. I do better with higher dose shatavari
While this did help somewhat with all of my PMS symptoms, I got this because it has shatavari in it. I have noticed that this herb Works particularly well for me. Just taking shatavari alone works better for me than this blend did. Considering my experience is an individual experience it doesn’t necessarily mean that this won’t be wonderful for someone else. I think everyone’s body is different in that sense and you just don’t know until you try something out to see how well it works for you. For my body specifically, these are my experiences. I’m rating this at three stars because it does help but just taking shatavari at a higher dosage blended with nothing else is more effective for me.

I want to first start this review by saying I received this item for free but that this does not affect my review or opinion of the item.I cannot speak for exactly how effective this product is. I started taking it during my most recent cycle, and I did feel that my cramps were lessened and less nauseous. I definitely still had my normal symptoms otherwise. I will however say that the pill is a bit large and slightly difficult to take,and I also hate the way the pills smell and taste.I am satisfied with the product.
