I live by these supplements now they are great quality. I usually feel my PMS symptoms 2-3 days before my cycle. These help me get my mood on track and definitely give me a boost of energy. Very effective I even share them with my teen daughter IYKYK. I have experienced a capsule opening and powder wasting out, not a pleasant taste but hey it was a on off incident.

A good alternative
This is a trusted brand, so I didn’t really doubt that the product would have a helpful effect. The question was, could the holistic approach be as good as the version that contains pharmaceuticals. Answer: no. But it does help.I got this for my daughter who gets some pretty serious cramping for a day or two a month. As it happened, this product arrived at just the right time! The conclusion was that it does help with bloating and moodiness, it helps with the backache, and it takes the edge off the cramps to the point that you can do other things. It doesn’t however, eliminate the cramping entirely (or at least it didn’t for her) and it didn’t work as well as the extra-strength Pamprin which contains aspirin and acetaminophen.That said, my daughter is on several prescription meds and I wanted to find something for period relief that wouldn’t add to the list of drugs she’s already taking. She’s on board with that idea, so she’s agreed to use this product instead but with the addition of an OTC pain relief med on the worst days. It’s a good compromise.

BE CAREFUL!!! This stuff contains Chasteberry. I am familiar with it because I took it for fertility, and it completely stopped my cycle — period was 2 weeks late while I was taking it. THE DAY that I stopped taking it, I had the worst period I have ever had and cried and threw up for 2 days. I took this for period relief, and when my period stopped on day 2, I checked the ingredients and saw that it contains chasteberry. I immediately stopped taking it, but I have had 3 periods since, each 2 weeks apart. Don’t know if it was the pills, but I have never had this happen to me before.

Love how this product uses natural ingredients to help ease menstrual symptoms once they start. Vitamins and vegan, love the extra benefits. Great quality for the price, no bad taste, very effective. This is a MUST HAVE item.
