Thoughtful Supplement with Quality Ingredients for PMS Support
As someone with PCOS who deals with extreme PMS symptoms, I’m always on the lookout for supplements that might help support my overall well-being during those tougher weeks. 🌿 I ordered the Pattern Wellness PMS Complex with that hope in mind, and so far, I’ve been impressed by the thoughtful formulation and quality.The capsules contain several ingredients often associated with women’s wellness, like magnesium and Dong Quai, and the product is made in the USA with GMP certification, Non-GMO, and Vegan standards — all things I appreciate when selecting a supplement.The capsules are a little on the larger side and have a bit of a strong scent, but it’s nothing unbearable — just something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to that. I usually just swallow them quickly with a glass of water, and it’s fine. I also like that it fits easily into my daily routine without a complicated schedule.Like with many supplements, individual results may vary, and it’s always best to check in with a healthcare professional, especially since this product includes herbs like Dong Quai, which may not be suitable for everyone. But overall, it’s a well-made, clean option that I’m happy to continue incorporating into my wellness routine for now.

Way overpriced for what you get
This bottle costs nearly 40 bucks for a 1 month supply and all you get is a very low amount of actual vitamins which you can buy anywhere for WAY less. They add a bunch of herbs that in my opinion are basically hocus-pocus. I imagine there are some herbs out there that may be helpful, but not really any way to prove it. It’s not really possible to tell for sure if any vitamin or supplement is really doing anything absolutely positive but as long as they don’t cause negative side effects, maybe they’re worth the price of taking. I don’t think this is worth the price. It does not say where they are made or by whom. It only says who distributes them which is scary. There is nothing about oversight testing so I assume there is none. If these were $10 or so, and you’re not afraid to try them, I’d say maybe. But at this price and absolutely no manufacturing info, I’d say no.

It does help. Quick and easy to take and it does a good job taking the edge off. The price feels a bit much though, $40 feels like a LOT for 60 pills.

This supplement makes a big difference in my wife’s menstrual cycle. When taken regularly, it eases pain and cramping.You only need to take 2 capsules per day, and you have enough to last you a month. The capsules are average-sized and do not have much of a scent.The ingredients include natural herbs as well as vitamins, which help boost your overall health. There are many ingredients here that my wife normally takes for her general health, and now she doesn’t have to take as many supplements because this replaces a lot of them, like magnesium, calcium, the vitamins, etc. Turmeric is also included, which helps fight inflammation.Overall, it’s a great supplement with a lot of benefits, and it makes your period more tolerable so that it’s easier to be productive and feel good.

It worked for me! Less cravings, more energy
I have horrible PMS symptoms. Moody, so many cravings, no energy or motivation… the week before my period is just the worst. I actually think this product helped. I did some research and found that magnesium can be helpful with easing PMS symptoms, so I found the daily recommended value, checked with my doctor (who said they are a big fan of magnesium supplements) and clicked order on this product!I only started taking this about 4 days before my hell week, but I noticed improvement before my period started, so within about a week. I still had cravings, but they felt more manageable. I was able to continue with my usual workout schedule, where, the previous month, I missed a full week of workouts due to no motivation. I was still moody, and my brain didn’t want to work a couple days, but honestly, I don’t think I will ever quite a magnesium supplement now.I have continued taking this since my period ended a couple days ago and I noticed a big surge in my energy yesterday when doing my rowing workout. I even noticed more energy and endurance during my lunch break walks.The capsules are kinda big, and they don’t smell/taste great… just swallow them quickly and get on to feeling better!

Maybe not worth it
I have fairly bad PMS symptoms including cramps and mood swings. I’ve been taking this all month leading up to my cycle and I haven’t noticed any effectiveness or relief in my symptoms. The vitamin ingredients are the cheaper versions of D, mag, and cal, yet the bottle price is very high. I think I’d be better off with a straight herbal blend rather than ingest the fillers in these capsules: silicon dioxide and microcrystalline cellulose.

The value for the cost is not the great, as some have mentioned. There are some beneficial ingredients, and this product is made in the USA with GMP-Certification (good manufacturing practices), Non-GMO, and Vegan.For me, I haven’t noticed a huge difference yet in symptom reduction, but with supplements like Dong Quai, I have always had to take more long term (still pulsing and not taking daily) to see any benefits. This is one of this product’s supplements, and it is not recommended for all, so, as always, talk with your healthcare practitioners before taking.
