Great Results!
I’ve been using this product for about a month and the results have exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I was on GLP-1’s for weight loss for almost 1 1/2 years before my insurance stopped covering the cost and the meds became too expensive for me to pay out of pocket. During the time period I had lost 120 lbs and after stopping the shots, I immediately gained about 30 lbs back over a course of 3 months. I was so devastated because I was not only gaining weight back because my appetite was OUT OF CONTROL…but I also felt bloated all the time, never felt satisfied no matter how much I ate and was craving all the wrong things. In addition to that, my body was retaining water like crazy.I tried a few different appetite suppressants but none of them seemed to make a difference…until I tried the Thin 30 Probiotics!!!! I immediately noticed a slight decrease in my appetite and I gelt a sense of self control again.Fast forward 4 weeks and I am feeling great! No longer bloated, my appetite has been suppressed significantly and I almost feel now like I’m back on the GLP-1 shots. I feel fuller faster and am not “starving” so it gives me a sense of control over making healthy food choices and maintaining portion control. I would highly recommend these supplements to anyone wanting a little boost to maintaining or losing a little weight. Oh…and over the past month, I’ve lost 10 of the 30 lbs I had regained…just sayin’ this stuff works as long as you are consistent with taking it daily, you will see results!

Worth a try
Update: i am updating my review because the company reached out to me and helprd make things right since i was unable to take these after a short period of time! Most companies wouldn’t care but they do so i recommend trying this product. decided to try these to help with weight loss and gut health. The first couple of days were ok they seemed to be having a positive impact but after the first week I have heartburn and my throat and tongue have a burning sensation that only happens if I take these.

Not what I had hoped
I have sn autoimmune disease called Hashimotos, which has caused me to have hypothyroid disease (diagnose at 31, im now 35). Hypo thyroid has caused me to be constipated, bloated and gain about 15 pounds over the last several years. I am petiete with an athletic build, most say they dont think I’ve gained that much weight which has led me to think it has to do with bloating/constipation. I have also been diagnosed with “IBS”. I have tried other probiotics in the past, which were successful at first but over time were either changed or my body adapted to them.I have read about probiotics aiding in weight loss and relieving constipation. It recommended the 2 strands found in this medication. Cayenne pepper has aided in the refersal of my elevated cholesterol levels (another issue with hashimotos), so i was excited to see that it was included in this pill. Unfortunately this probiotic did not help with bloating or weight loss, not even a pound, if anything i found myself even more bloated, to the point of looking pregnant. I have done some further research and read that in order to be successful you need atleast 11 strains, this appears to only have 3. I have since found a probiotic that has atleast 11 strains of the 2 herein, im excited to try that new brand but this one is a no for me. It should be noted, although i am extremely bloated, i do not have stomach pain. In the past, the probiotic i was on also helped me have normal daily bowel movements, these did not help me achieve that either.

Improved gut health, improved energy, highly recommend!
I’ve been using the his product for several weeks. I can really feel the difference in gut health and have a healthy increase in my energy levels. It also seems to help reduce unhealthy cravings. I’m going to reorder and recommend this probiotic!
