My daughter uses them
I bought these for my preteen daughter who has horrible cramps, and she said these work amazingly. They don’t taste bad and for my daughter to say that for anything is different. (She is very fussy about taste) So simple to use daily. I will be buying these again and again

Don’t waste your money. They did not do what they claim to. They also did nit taste well. It did not help with pain, nor bloating. If you are a person with heavier periods and cramps this is not going to help you.

Ugly, but taste good
I have been taking hormone balance gummies from another company on Amazon. They appeared to help a little, but they ran out, and I decided to try these. First thought on getting the bottle is that they look rather unappetizing. They are little heart gummies in a tan color, which to me seems the color of dead skin. But, once you get past that, there is a lot to like. The taste was good. Actually, I liked it better than the other gummies I was taking. I originally tried hormone regulating gummies because a friend had recommended chaste berry products as she found them really helpful. I couldn’t stomach the pills, aweful taste and decided to try gummies. One thing she and the labels all say is you have to take it daily for over a month to see results. I have noticed this is the case. If you are planning on trying this out to see if it helps you, commit for taking them daily for two months than reconsider if they help you. That means if you are buying this gummy bottle you would need two. Gummies normally are less potent than pills, but I have noticed an improvement with them. One thing I like about this particular brand is it separates out the amount of each herb (chaste berry is what I am looking for, but the others are probably good, too) contained in the gummies, the other one, I had, just explained that it had a certain amount of a blend of the herbs.

Say good riddens to cramping, bloating, and being frustrated. When I ate the easy to chew 2 yummy gummies, the following day I was able to let down with ease. It’s so tasty I remembered to take them during my cycle. So worth buying and for much deserved self care. I’m so grateful for the all natural and non gmo pms gummies, these are gluten and vegan. The price is good to keep up on a consistent basis.

Impressive
I have been really impressed with these PMS gummies. I tend to have very painful cramps during my period. I had already taken medication but was still experiencing cramps. I decided to give these a try and was impressed with how quickly the pain went away. I was actually able to get on with my day without feeling miserable. I think these also helped increase my mood during my cycle as well. These taste delicious! They taste like a strawberry fruit roll-up. These are great to have around for that time of the month for sure!

Taste good, but not sure they help?
These taste like candy so definitely/”unfortunately” I liked taking them! 🙂 However, do keep this in mind and be sure they are kept out of reach of children who may think they are exactly that…..candy!Easy to chew. Easy to digest. Good option if swallowing pills is uncomfortable for you.They do have calories and sugar which is typical of any gummy vitamin. For that reason I do not like gummy products and would prefer pill format. That’s definitely a down side.Average price. Probably can accomplish the same results by taking B6 and cranberry vitamins.
