Great taste and quality. These gummies are a lifesaver. They really help with hormonal balance like the label says. I first bought these gummies last year and they were opaque and so yummy with the best fruit flavor. Now they have changed to clear, still work, but the taste isn’t as good. I called and asked if they had changed the formula and they said they didn’t. I give 5 stars because of excellent customer service.

Good taste and texture – time will tell if it helps with menopause
I’m in the midst of menopause with my worst symptom being insomnia. I am willing to try anything, including supplements along with my HRT. I know the ingredients list on here has some actual evidence of helping with women’s hormone balance so I thought I would give it a try. These gummies are sugar-free, which is always nice. It uses Stevia. And the texture is the perfect gummy texture and not dried out. And the flavor is pleasant with out being cloying. I’ll come back to report on whether or not they helped!
