I bought these after a loved one had a medical issue that required a change in their diet as well as controlled portion sizes. These have taken the guess work out of insuring portion control. Having the ounces on each one makes it easy to choose serving sizes. They are dishwasher safe and sturdy. I like the fact that this set not only has solid serving options but slotted as well. I bought two sets and use them everyday.

i’m giviing this item 3 stars not because of any defect, but because it was awkward for me to handle. The handles were way too long for me, not good for home use (my opinion only). They may be perfect for anyone else. I love the design, just shorten the handles for home use. My fault for not seeing that it was for restaurant use.
