Best portion control bowls
These bowls are perfect. I use them and they were very helpful for me to keep track of my portions. The material is great as well as the drawings on it. They were easy to clean and the size was perfect.

Perfect for portion control
These really helped control my portions of food after getting Bariatric surgery. I still use them 5 years later. The marking do fade but it’s very minimal and doesn’t happen right away. I only saw the marks fading after 5 years. I recommend this for portion control.
