Best Purchase for Portion Control
This Portion Master Plate makes dieting so easy. It takes just seconds to dial in you portions and fill the slots with your dinner. A life saver for diabetics to learn portion control to manage their diabetes. I use mine every meal. I would recommend this to everyone. Plate is dishwasher safe and fits easily over salad plates or sets nicely on regular dinner plates. I use it with the portion plates. Its functionality is great. The quality is amazing.

great concept
I loved the idea of these but honestly it just wasn’t for my life style. I am too on the go with 1 pan dinners a lot so it just didn’t work for me. However I did try it a few times and it seemed perfect I wasn’t hungry after. If you have the time to “properly” cook and actually do a meat, veg, carb then this is perfect for you. but if your only doing it twice a week it probably isn’t worth it for the price

Eating Right with variety!
Received by the delivery date. Great packaging. Plate measures perfectly if you want to lose or gain the respective weights on the plate. The portions are exact and a great way of me measuring food and setting freezer dishes of food with out scaling. Like that I can eat all foods no restrictions.Update December 18 2019This is my best purchase for this year (besides my lemon water bottle) the convenience of the plate is great. I use 3 times a day. Drink lemon water and green tea/ honey. I have lost 1/2 to 1 pound a day . That is with an occasional churro. On cheat day. I wanted to loose slow. I do not want loose skin. I have not been doing any exercise.

BUYER BEWARE!!
This is NOT A PLATE. It appears to be a poorly designed portion measurement device. The package description, product description and seller description are misleading at best. Also, THIS ITEM IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN? And it’s not made in the USA, but Canada? Love my Canadian neighbors up north, but the manufacturer needs to get their story straight. I cannot recommend this device in good conscience. It’s clunky, doesn’t do much at all that you can’t do without it. Oh and did I mention that it’s NOT A PLATE? It doesn’t even come with a plate that goes underneath it, which could have been included for the price. Stay away.

Buyer beware you can not return this item even if it is unopened
After I purchased this I started having second thoughts. It is expensive for what it is… I decided I was going to try and return it as soon as it came in and not opened it but to my surprise it says ‘returns not acceptable’- this is 100% my fault and my rating doesn’t reflect this issue. Since I figured I was stuck with it than I might as well open it and use it. First, it does work on that it helps visualize how small portions really are if you want to lose weight. My problem with it is that in order to get the food to fit you have to cut it up. I like my protein to sit and get juicy and not be forced to cut it all up just to fit in this device. Another problem is longer veggies like green beans or asparagus- you have to cut them in tiny pieces. I will say it does work with most things in the carb section so I can at least use it for that. Overall it is a good tool if you need to visualize your portion size and it does get you used to seeing what you should be consuming at meal time. It is a good alternative for someone who doesn’t have access to a food scale or a calorie counter.

Helpful for mindful eating
I’ll admit, I struggle with overeating and before buying this plate I was eating huge portions. This plate makes me more aware of what I’m eating and I want to lose weight without counting calories. I felt satisfied eating in the lowest setting on the plate. Highly recommend this plate if you struggle with maintaining mindful eating like I do. It’s easy to measure vegetables, carbs and proteins in the slots according to your goal weight.

Great potion control helper. Well worth it!
Looking to lose weight… Definitely get this! perfect for those whom can’t get their portions under control for their weight size… and it can move through each tier of your goals. It gives 3 holes for each of the following… carbs, proteins, and vegetables/greens. It decreases from 225lbs to 125lbs in increments of 25lbs (like; 225llbs down to 200lbs then down to 175lbs and down till you hit 125lbs.) with this you only need to but 1 plate instead of 4 for portion control of your goals! pair it with juice/milk glasses for drinks and bowls for optimum results. as well as wine glasses and snack bowls.
