I bought this as a gift for my mom. While it has a youthful look it is also doubles for age appropriate clothing. She was all ears. The top was figure fitting and the bottom was flared out to her liking. Really was a great find for her.

I ordered this PRETTYGARDEN sleeveless crewneck maxi dress in black, size XL, and I am very pleased with it. I am 5’2 and 185 pounds, and the dress fits well. Because I am short, the length falls just above my ankles, which I like. It is comfortable, flattering, and has a slimming effect while still being modest and easy to move in.One of my favorite features is that it has pockets. I always appreciate dresses with pockets, and they are placed well without affecting the shape or drape of the dress. I purchased this for a cruise as evening wear, and it is elegant enough for formal dinners while still being simple and classic. The photos and description in the listing are accurate.The dress arrived in pristine condition and was shipped quickly. The wrinkling it has now is due to me placing it in an overnight bag to wear at a wine tasting event—not because of shipping. I wore it for an entire evening, and it was very comfortable. I accidentally spilled red wine on it and was surprised that it did not stain. I washed it afterward and hang-dried it instead of using a dryer. It looks fine now and just needs to be steamed.The pricing is very reasonable for the quality. The listed price was 45.98, and with the 20% off coupon it came to 39.08. Both prices are a good deal for a dress of this quality.Overall, this is a beautiful, versatile, and slimming dress that would make a great addition to any wardrobe. Flattering Fit
This sleeveless maxi dress has a really flattering fit and just the right amount of stretch in the fabric to hug my hour glass shape without feeling restrictive. Cute Dress, but has a few issues.
This dress is cute, but definitely not perfect. The A-line shape looks nice, and the quality is very good, the fabric doesn’t look or feel cheap, and the stitching is great. The inside fabric has a weird texture, almost like a soccer jersey feel, while the outside looks and feels like a heavy weight cotton. The dress is heavier than expected and not very breathable for a summer dress. It’s also shorter than expected. My daughter is 5’3″, and it hits her around upper to mid calf. The style would look nicer if it were a bit longer like it looks in the pictures. I love pockets in a dress, but these ones won’t lay flat and stick out slightly, making the hips look bigger. Despite the pocket issue, it’s still a cute and flattering dress, and maybe the pockets will lay better after a few washes. Overall, it’s a good quality and cute dress.

Perfect for officewear or a cocktail party, more midi than maxi
Great dress! It’s flattering and comfortable, and the light blue is a chic, classic, light sky blue shade. (It’s also hard to photograph. It’s lighter in person than in the product photos, but not as light as my photos look.) The princess seams plus somewhat stretchy fabric give the dress a fitted bodice that’s easy to get over your head without the need for a back zipper. The fabric is smooth and slightly on the heavier side, so it doesn’t show undergarment lines. If the pockets are making your hips look weird, by the way, it helped me when I stuck my hands in them and tucked them toward the front.Small fits me well and I’m normally XS or S; it looks tailored without being tight. Lengthwise, this is more midi than maxi, as the hem hits mid-calf on me and I’m 5’1”, which suits my preferences but it may not suit yours. Sewing and construction are good, and the neck and arm holes are reinforced (see picture).In case the beach photos are giving the wrong idea, it’s not a sun dress meant to be worn outside, but it is appropriate for summer, meaning it’s sleeveless and has clean, simple lines, and you won’t overheat in it while walking between a car and an air conditioned building. To me this actually feels like a multi-season dress — I could wear it in fall with a sweater or cardigan and boots, or I could wear it in spring or summer with dressy heels.

I’m really impressed with this dress! The material feels heavy-duty in the best way — not thin or flimsy at all. It has a nice weight to it that sets it apart from cheaper dresses The shape of the dress is incredibly flattering and gives a really nice silhouette.I also love that it’s short-sleeve, which makes it perfect for summer, but it’s versatile enough to wear in the winter with a jacket or cardigan. Overall, it’s comfortable, high-quality, and stylish. Definitely a great buy!
