I like this melatonin
3mg melatonin is the ideal dosage for me. I get sleepy in 1 hour, no weird dreams or mid-sleep wakefulness, and the next morning I’m awake and ready to face the morning. I take it with magnesium glycinate, which also helps me fall asleep. Tiny capsule, no weird smell or taste. Been taking it for 3 months with no side effects, just good sleep.

Easy to swallow size, great sleep!
What I love about these from other brands: 1. The size-great thin small capsule that our 5 year old can swallow. No weird nightmares! Some melatonin tablets have given our kids weird/scary dreams. Our kids sleep so well with these that it’s no fight to give them these. We will be buying these regularly! They get a great night’s sleep using this product!
