Really works for long hair!
I needed new haircare products to support me while recovering from surgery, which often causes hair breakage, so I decide to try Redken Extreme Length Biotin Shampoo for Longer Hair. Within a couple of weeks of trying this shampoo, I noticed less breakage in my bathroom sink, and my hair felt stronger and healthier. I like the packaging – it’s attractive and the product comes out easily, and I like the way the shampoo smells and feels. But most important, it does exactly what it advertises. I have since recovered from my surgery, but I am continuing to use this shampoo because I like it so much.

The product is good, lightweight and light smell. You Don’t Need much to get your hair clean. I don’t know if it’s a distributor thing nor seller thing but it was not packaged well to protect it from bursting open while in transit. That should be revisited.

Buy it. The picture on the left is the first time I used it (September 14, 2024) the picture on the right I took today (November 16, 2025). It visibly grew my hair in the 2 months I’ve been using it. Makes my hair sooo soft and it smells great. I use the shampoo and conditioner combo 3x a week.

Originally got this to help with hair growth after cut my hair too short this week. WOW!!! My hair is sooooooo shiny, so soft, and to detangle my very fine hair was like magic. I was hesitant about buying it, I always have 2 different types of shampoo and this is my very first time using redken products!!The smell is amazing, my hair looks and feels healthy, the consistency is like a transparent liquid and I really feel like is cleaning my hair deeply!I air dried my hair and I used both shampoo and conditioner. It was my first time using it (today!!!).

Amazing shampoo!
Gonna make this simple and short. I used this for the past 2 months, and it is my fav shampoo yet. Noticed a lot more growth coming in faster, smoother scalp, and makes my scalp feel so cleansed. I have low porosity hair and highlights btw.

Wonderful, leaves my hair feeling great for days, and my hair feels very healthy with minimal shed. Friendly to coloured hair. After running out of this I purchased the 1000mL bottles from a local salon shop. You can add water to the remainder of your bottle to get all of the product out, though I had to pour it in from the top as the bottle is very difficult to take apart. You do not need a ton, about a quarter size drop and you should have enough for your roots. Shampoo foams up nicely, conditioner stays slick. Does not seem to cause me any skin issues and I have fairly sensitive skin and an acne prone chest/back. One note: product is unfortunately not cruelty free, but I have not been able to find a cruelty free product that compares.
