Great set of resistance bands of different strengths!
Well made resistance bands of different strengths. My husband and I use the lightest ones and our son loved the thickest ones. They are great to build up muscles without heavy equipment. Can take them with you when you travel. Come in a nice bag to store and stay clean.

The resistance of this resistance band is well-designed, so for a fitness beginner like me, I can feel the resistance without feeling overly strenuous.
