    High quality and very convenient
I recently tried the Croing Menstrual Cups, and I’m very impressed with this set! It comes with four cups—two small and two large—so you can easily find the right fit for your needs. The cups are made from high-quality, soft silicone that feels comfortable and is easy to insert. I appreciate that they are reusable, making them an eco-friendly alternative to traditional period products. The suction is great, and I didn’t experience any leaks during use. The set also includes a convenient storage pouch, which is a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend the Croing Menstrual Cups for anyone looking for a reliable, sustainable option for their menstrual health!

    Wish I found sooner!
These are amazing, fairly easy to put in. Forget they are there. Don’t really need an applicator but an applicator might make it easier at first. Tricky to take out at first but I’ve mastered it now. You just gotta pinch hard on the ribbed line and push a little once you’re on the home stretch lol! It’s saved me allot on buying tampons!

    Great value and comfortable
⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Great value and comfortable, but takes some getting used toI’ve been using the Croing Menstrual Cups set for a couple of months now, and overall, I’m pretty happy with the purchase. Having both small and large sizes is super convenient, especially if your flow varies or if you want to try which size fits best.Pros:Good value pack: Four cups for the price of one or two cups from other brands is a great deal.Comfortable fit: Once inserted correctly, the cups feel comfortable and leak-free.Reusable and eco-friendly: Made from soft medical-grade silicone, they’re easy to clean and reduce waste.Different sizes and colors: Helps you choose the best fit or keep track of different cups for hygiene.Durable: After a few uses, they still hold their shape well.Cons:Learning curve: It took me a few cycles to get comfortable with insertion and removal without any leaks.Firmness: The cups are a bit firmer than I expected, which might be uncomfortable for some users, especially beginners.Color fading: The purple color tends to fade slightly after multiple washes, but this doesn’t affect function. No detailed instructions: The packaging could include better instructions or tips for first-time users.Overall, I recommend the Croing menstrual cups if you’re looking for an affordable, reusable option and don’t mind spending some time getting used to it. Great for anyone wanting to reduce their environmental impact and save money in the long run!

    Great alternative
I wish I would have had these sooner. No more running to the store for supplies. Sooooo nice not to have to wear a bulky pad that feels like having a diaper. Plus not having to worry about the smell or leaking. I can wear one cup an entire day without underwear and have zero problems. Empty when I wake up in the morning and once before bed. Every once in while I’ll have a heavy flow and have to empty in the middle of the day but that is a rarity. I recommend you have some wet wipes if you need to use a public restroom with stalls, that way you dont ever need to exit the stall. They do make special cup wipes but why spend more then you need to. I can feel it in there but its not painful just a pressure and I get used to after a couple days I even have forgotten it was in there one day at the end of my cycle. You can still have sex with these in if you so desire. I have done it and they do leak a little because they loose suction. But its less messy then without.

Not bad, I can use half
These are not bad, but if they were just a little more firm, they would suction better. I also hate how short the stems are. It’s always so difficult to remove them. I don’t have issues removing the other ones I’ve gotten from other places. They are super cheap, I would think it would be worth it to use two of them, only if the stem was long, but the st is basically useless

    Educate yourself before using
I bought this item to try it out, it made the most sense because of the affordability. My sister and I both wanted to venture into the menstrual cup world, and this specific product deal was worth it, as it comes with 2 of each size we needed. I’m with in the 30 and have had children sizing and she is in the under 30 and no children sizing.I’ve found it’s WAY more comfortable than a tampon, which I can feel while using, as for the cups I don’t feel. Sleeping with them is even comfortable. The negative reviews on this product, aren’t accurate, as it does take research about the generalized product before you just jump into using them… which you should be doing any way when you are putting something INSIDE your body, even more when it’s such a sensitive area! When pulling the cup out, it is at full width so yes it can be slightly uncomfortable, which is a fast and easy fix with a simple little pinch and pull. It’s not as messy as it sounds, since below the cup isn’t full of blood. I definitely would recommend this product and in fact already have!-The Mrs. of this account

I bought the CROING menstrual cup 4months ago but was reluctant to make the transition from pads to cup due to fear of leakage. However, last month I decided to take a leap of faith with the cup.INSERTION: Having never used a cup before, I must say it was a bit of work getting it in place but after about four attempts following the instructions on the box,I was beginning to get a hang of it. I found the ‘punch down’ technique to be the most efficient for me.SIZING: The pack contains two large and two small cups with both calibrated at the 7.5ml and 15ml marks. The large cup however does have room for extra 10ml to reach full capacity, while the small has extra space for about 5ml to full capacity. I decided to use the large size because i thought my periods were heavy, but, 6 hours later on day1, the cup was only 7.5ml full.LEAKPROOF: On the first trial, i wore a panty liner for extra protection and did have a little leakage, thus suggesting that the cup was not inserted properly. After few more trials, i had found the most effective way to insert cup to achieve full seal with no leaks.COMFORT: I observed that if the cup is inserted too high up the cervix, it causes massive cramps. Infact, I could only bear the cramps for about 3minutes before taking it out and re-inserting properly, after which, I could barely notice it was in there.REMOVAL: To take the cup out, I found that sitting on the toilet and bearing down slowly while pinching the bottom of the cup makes it easy to break the suction seal, then the cup can be pulled out easily.CLEANING: After emptying cup, it is best to rinse properly with cold water first before using hot water else the cup discolours quickly and also retains smell of blood for longer. From my experience, this brand is of excellent quality, does the job and is fairly easy to use.Using a menstrual cup might seem daunting at first, but, it does get easier and more comfortable on subsequent trials. I’m really pleased with my experience and will continue to use the menstrual cup.

Followed all those videos on Youtube, managed to get it in – but was overly successful Over the course of the day, I could hear weird popping noises and by the end of the day, thing has travelled up so far into my body, it was almost Point of No Return. Tried it twice and the second time was worse. It was practically greeting my intestines. Will try to give this away…(There are a few, so I’ll give the new ones away)

Really good cups for starting out. i have a very heavy bleed and found them able to hold more than i thought they would. I however have a tilted womb and i found the stem a bit too short to remove easily, it took a lot of tries to get the position right. Use loads of lubricant and practice till you find the best way for you to use it. Suction was great, comfortable once you get the inserting position for you and i had no leaks at all.
