Sterilize the Disc!
Before the first use and after each cycle, boil the menstrual disc in water for 5–10 minutes to sterilize it.
Fill a small pot with enough water to fully submerge the menstrual disc without touching the bottom.Place the pot on the stove and bring the water to a rolling boil.Carefully drop the menstrual disc into the boiling water. You can use tongs if needed to avoid burns.Let the disc boil for 5–10 minutes to ensure it’s fully sterilized. Make sure the disc remains submerged and doesn’t touch the bottom of the pot.Use clean tongs or a slotted spoon to remove the disc from the water. Be careful as it will be hot.Place the disc on a clean surface or towel and allow it to cool completely before handling.Once cooled, store it in a breathable, clean pouch (not airtight) till your next use.
Wash your hands & Fold!
Turn on the water (warm is best) and thoroughly wet your hands.Apply a generous amount of soap to cover both hands.Rinse off the soap under running water, making sure all suds are removed.Dry your hands with a clean towel or air dry them before handling your menstrual disc.Take the menstrual disc and hold it with both hands by placing your thumbs on the rim and fingers underneath the rim for support.Pinch the rim of the disc in the middle to create a long, narrow shape. This makes it easier to insert into the vagina.If you prefer a smaller entry point, fold the disc in half again after pinching, so the rim resembles a smaller U-shape.
Insert the Disc & Relax!
While keeping the disc pinched, gently insert it into your vagina, aiming it toward the back of your body, similar to the angle you would use for a tampon.Use your index finger to push the disc further into the vaginal canal until it sits just below your cervix, resting behind the pubic bone.Once the disc is in place, release the pinch and allow the disc to open up fully. It should rest comfortably in place, creating a seal to prevent leaks.Go about your regular routine—exercise, work, or rest. The more you move and focus on your activities, the more you’ll realize the cup is comfortable and non-intrusive.If you’re new to using a menstrual cup, it might feel unfamiliar at first. With time and practice, your body will adjust, and you’ll barely notice it’s there.
Remove & Wash!
Before removing the disc, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.Sit on the toilet, squat, or stand with one leg elevated to make removal easier.Insert your index finger into your vagina and hook it under the front rim of the menstrual disc, which should be resting just behind your pubic bone.Gently pull the disc out by hooking the rim with your finger and pulling downwards. Keep the disc level to avoid spillage.As you pull the disc out, slightly tilt it upwards to keep the contents from spilling.Once removed, empty the contents of the disc into the toilet.Rinse the disc with cold water first to help remove any blood and prevent stains.Use warm water and mild, unscented soap to thoroughly clean the disc.If you’re continuing to use the disc, reinsert it by following the folding steps. If you’re done with it for now, store it in a clean, breathable pouch or container until your next use.

Game changer!
I just wanted to write a review for those who might be hesitant on buying a disc. Im here to tell you that this has been one of the best purchases I have ever spent! Im almost 28 years old and I can’t believe it has taken me this long to find something that works. I have tried every kind of tampon you can think of and they were always so painful. I also tried two different cups as well and could never the the suction correct and they would always be super uncomfortable so as a last resort I tried a disc and I am so glad i did! Its super easy to insert and with the loop its super easy to remove as well! Im am able to wear it for up to 9 hours on my heavy days and 12 hours the rest of the week! Its also super comfortable and I can’t even feel it whenever im wearing it. It makes everything so clean and mess free! This also comes with two different sizes for the same price as one so you can try both sizes to see which one works for you! So take the chance if you are wondering about trying a disc. It might just change your life!

Great Quality easy to clean
These are amazing!! The little ring makes them easy to remove. I love having the different sizes. One days with a heavier flow the blue one is perfect. They are easy to keep clean and sanitize with boiling water. This is the 2nd set I have purchased.

Worth buying
Mom of three. Tired of using throw-away products and spending money on uncomfortable options. I’ve tried different tampons, pads, period panties, cups, and finally, these. I haven’t bought or even thought about another period product since. They’re flexible, easy to clean, so comfortable I don’t even feel them. I did some research about how to find the best fit and combination of features and landed on this brand. Getting two different sizes, and carrying cases, for less than the cost of other brands was a huge bonus, because I have used both sizes interchangeably.Like other reusable period products, these may have a learning curve if you’re new to the product. There are plenty of videos available out there to help the beginner feel comfortable, and I’d recommend watching at least a couple before you take the jump. It took me a few cycles to really get the positioning right before I got zero leaks, but once I did, I was able to go swimming, take long car rides, and go hiking with the disc in. Like a good old silly tampon commercial, except these actually are comfortable, even if the other symptoms aren’t. Speaking of, as someone who once suffered from debilitating cramps that only got worse after having kids, wearing the flexible disc definitely contributed to my cramps losing intensity.These are easier to remove than a cup. They don’t have suction, so there’s no awkward “omg am I sucking out my soul” when removing.

Very comfortable, however my flow starts off heavy and unfortunately it leaked. I used the larger size but within 12 hours I had to empty my disk 5 times. It definitely didn’t start off leaking, which to me says it works but my flow is just too heavy for their large size.

Super comfy. You have to know how to use them for them to be worth it. I hate the idea of throwing away all those pads and they make me itchy. The cups are reusable and you can clean them so you know how clean they are. They are easy to insert and remove. They also hold a lot. I used them for almost a whole day on my lighter days. Heavier days I’ll use it with a liner and it’ll be okay. Definitely much more environmentally friendly.

Best cup I’ve tried!
I have had 3 babies and not all menstrual cups are made equally. I have had issues with them falling out or being difficulty to use. This is by far the easiest, most effective one I’ve tried!
