Great Price On Prime Day–Excellent Storage Containers for the Pantry
These Rubbermaid containers are my favorite pantry storage canisters. The seal led fits snugly and securely. I usually buy these at the supermarket, but saw them on a tremendous sale for Prime Day and snatched them up. I have a toddler grandson and the small containers are perfect for storing his snacks and keeping them fresh. I especially appreciate how I can stack them in my pantry thus maximizing my available space.

Excellent investment in a good solid cannister set.
These cannisters are great! Extremely well made, good solid plastic with excellent weight – the tops are not flimsy at all and “snap” tight. Easy to clean because the tops are not attached. Dishwasher safe is always a plus. I read other reviews that said they are leak proof and they certainly are. Similar sizes easily stack on top of each other if you want to do that. The plastic is crystal clear – easy to see what’s inside. Rubbermaid, in my opinion, always makes an excellent product. They’ve been around for years, and this set is a winner. Will be looking to add a few more sizes as I continue to organize my pantry. Buy the best and you will have it the longest.

Brilliance containers are incredibly good. They keep food fresher, seal better and wash cleaner. They don’t stain. Easy to use, stack better and come in a huge variety of sizes and shapes. It’s no wonder they cost so much in retail stores.

Quality product
My cabinet was a mess and I thought these would help. I had a few small containers already and I really like the air tight seals. When the box arrived it was so well packaged. Each item was wrapped or enclosed in plastic so the finish was pristine. The containers are sturdy and perfectly sized to hold a variety of dry goods. They stack well. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase these.

These are the very best containers I have ever used. I purchased some for leftovers and for freezing burgers and they work perfectly. These latest ones I got for my flour,sugar,brown sugar,icing sugar,corn meal and the containers were the perfect sizes, that is, the large one held the whole 5lb bag of flour.

The Rubbermaid Brilliance Pantry 10 Piece Set is great out of the box. I am familiar with the system from a previous purchase and anyone purchasing these should know that the lids are very difficult to open in time. My theory for this is the dishwasher. Although these are advertised as dishwasher safe, the lid suction becomes so tight, they are difficult to open.The container’s plastic is a hard plastic that is holding up well, with very few of the previously purchased containers developing slight cracking (that is after a couple of years in use) but not to the point of leaking. The containers are holding up after years of use by keeping liquids in and airtight to avoid pests getting into dry food. It is just the difficulty in opening the previously purchased containers, after time, that is important for people to know about. Avoid the dishwasher for the lids.With this new set, we are going to hand wash the lids to see if they continue to open like they do when you purchase them new.

So happy with these containers
So happy with these containers. But I wouldn’t expect anything less from this brand name. Sturdy, locking system work well, air tight. Love them so much I’m ordering more. They are made in USA which is important to me. Only negative, the tall one is too short to hold spaghetti, which is the reason I purchased these. Doesn’t matter, I love them anyway

Worth the extra expense
Update: I’ve been using these for awhile now and the only issues I have is that the plastic gets scratched up on the inside of the containers if you’re putting foods like crunchy snacks or pasta inside. It really ruins the nice crystal clear look. The second is that they retain smells. If you put coffee in one, be prepared for it to be THE coffee container forever because that scent isn’t coming out. I still love them because the seal is very secure and airtight plus they stack securely.I really like these containers. I bought 3 sets in total. They’re more expensive than generic brand but they’re also better quality. The seal is good and the latches are secure. They’re very clear. I haven’t had the issues with the plastic fogging after washing (I only hand wash) like some other reviewers. I agree with another reviewer that the sizes in the sets are not ideal. I absolutely hate the tall skinny ones. The shorter containers are much more useful. Do the math on the sets, some of them are much cheaper than buying individual pieces especially if the set is on sale.

Though expensive, the containers look good. Unfortunately one of the boxes came broken. This is definitely not a delivery issue as the broken lid was secure inside.Mostly a QC issue. Will not return as don’t want to go through the hassle..

Delivery was prompt. Very impressed with the quality of the product. Easy to clean and seal really good. Dishwasher safe. Made of a very good sturdy plastic so no worries about glass breaking. What an amazing way to organize my pantry and now i can see all my baking supplies and how low i’m getting on each. I highly recommend. I will be ordering more.

I ordered these to add to my previous collection, but about half of the containers are cloudy and not clear; upon washing, they only get cloudier. The quality just isn’t the same nor is it consistent–some in the box were fine; others seem to retain the smells of the product and aren’t clear.

I bought these container because of the various positive reviews from mulitple sites. The containers I recieved are cloudy and marked, not crystal clear. The lids on the other hand are are crystal clear, which makes me think the container I received are made from a different plastic or are factory seconds.
