Perfect usage
These are the most reliable, best scales to use in restaurants. You can weigh in multiple different ways. Always order San Jamar, just the best
No entiemdo como pueden emviar un producto sin verificar si todas Las piezss encajan ; en este pedido los tornillos para anclar los niveles de la Mesa no encajaban en los agujeros. Muy mal. –

Very nice. Long response however
I bought this scale as a replacement to my $160 Globe wired scale. The former scale was good, but was prone to breaking due to it being wired all the time, and the wire bending and ripping apart. This scale is much better, and it being battery powered, has much better mobility to it. Although all the features are the same as the former scale, it lacks in response time.We usually use it to measure deli meat, and found that its about 3/4 a second late. It may not be much, but every second counts in the business its in. A bit inconvenient in that regards, however its still a happy purchase.

Weigh what you eat
Got this for my son who owns a food truck. It makes portion control much easier. It’s restaurant quality and very sturdy. I’m happy with my purchase.

Let the facts WEIGH IN!
I am an institutional cook. I batch cook for 100 to 600 meals over a 3 hour period. Portion control is critical and with this scales large platform and the ability to weigh up to 66 pounds I can easily hit my metrics. I use it for weekly inventory as it is either plug in or battery. The stainless steel removable top is easy to sanitize. The 66# limit and tare feature allows me to weigh right in my hotel pans. It has a footprint of about 12×12 in. And while sturdily built still light weight. I like it so much I use the same one at home. Grams, ounce, ounce and pound or just pounds the mode feature puts you in control I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do.

Built like a tank, is accurate to within 2 grams
I build large batches of dough, and place my 25 pound stand mixer bowl right on it. Add my ingredients up to the 66 pound limit and it works. When I portion my dough, it is accurate to within 2 grams. So you get the size you want and the accuracy you need all in one scale.

AC connection point failed in 6 months
Purchased this item in March and by September the AC connection point failed making the scale only usable with batteries. The double unfortunate about this is that when using the scale with batteries it will auto shut off after a relatively short amount of time forcing one to have to re-tare if you are mid weighing. I had a prior version of this scale that I used for 10 years before the AC connector point failed just like this one. Thought I’d get more than 6 months out of the new one though.

33 to 5 grams lower then other scales I’ve tested against. Not really accurate for lower weights.
