Great cup that keeps drinks cold
I have four different designs of this cup and I use them daily. They hold a lot of liquid and my ice normally stays cold all day if it is big ice cubes like what I get from my freezer at home. The handle makes this super functional and easy to carry. I would not use it if it did not have a handle because it is pretty big. I also like that it has a real straw. It is the right size and shape for what I need.

As good as Stanley for a lot less money
I’ve bought a few of these cups on sale. I like that they fit well in my cup holders, come in nice colors, and cost less than Stanley cups yet are similar in quality. They actually keep drinks cold longer than Stanley. I fill mine with ice water at night, and there is usually still some ice left the next night.What I don’t like: the straw is too thick, and it’s hard to access the drink sometimes when it is low. Also, it doesn’t spill as much as Stanley cups when tilted, but it does spill sometimes, and it’s easy to overfill so that it overflows when you screw the lid in. Overall, I like them and bought them for several family members.

Perfect for my smoothies!
My doctor has put me on a healthier diet, and that’s meant making smoothies for breakfast. But my mornings are always rushed, so I like to take my smoothie to work with me instead of trying to drink it while getting ready. The problem is that my thick, semi-frozen smoothie will melt a bit on my drive in, so I needed a good cup to keep it nice and chilled. I wasn’t planning on spending this much, but after reading complaints about other, less expensive cups leaking, not insulating well, etc, I started looking at Stanley and Simple Modern cups. And though I’ve always liked the Stanley brand, I refuse to be part of the image-centric crowd that has just now discovered them. So Simple Modern was left as the best option.I wasn’t concerned with brand as much as quality. I realize these cups are popular, too, but I just wanted something in a non-garish color, no bold logo, that would keep my smoothie icy, and that had a thick enough straw. And that’s exactly what this Simple Modern Trek tumbler is. And it works SO well! The color is muted, the logo is tiny, and when I finally get around to drinking my smoothie an hour after making it, it’s just as thick and frozen as when it came out of the blender. I like that the straw is wide, it’s seated in a rubber seal to prevent any leaks, and the lid can be put on specifically to position the straw where I want it. I still feel that the price is steep, but the quality is unbeatable.

It arrived in a box that had clearly been opened and sent before. The bubble wrap wasn’t even on the bottle but just sat at the bottom. There were finger prints on the inside of the bottle as well. Kind of dissapponting. :/

There are no spills on this when tilted side ways. Color is nice and keep my water chilled for a long time.
