Great durable cup
Has been great so far. It holds a decent amount of coffee it can hold way more without the lid. Stays hot for about an hour in the cold and about 2 inside at room temp. It is NOT a thermos it’s just suppose to keep your drink warmer longer. It’s built pretty durable as well. I think it’s a great coffee cup

The lid design is just fine, and the cup does its job well.
If you are worried about the design of the lid, don’t be. I walk my willful dog with cup in one hand and leash in the other, no sloshing and spilling. I like that it doesn’t have a flip top or slide. The lid fits and seals easily and firmly in place. I wouldn’t do jumping jacks with it, but it’s stable with jerking motions. I keep up a large garden and so I can’t luxuriate with my coffee but come back to it often for some sips as I work and it keeps the coffee hot, long enough to eventually drink it all down. Really great cup. Extremely sturdy.

Keeps my tea hot!
I love my Stanley Classic Legendary Camp Mug! For point of reference, I use my Stanley mug everyday. It keeps my tea hot much longer than a typical ceramic coffee mug does. I’ve found that pre-warming my Stanley mug with hot water makes the mug work even better! I’ve quit using the included plastic lid as it kept my tea too hot for too long! Even without the lid my tea is often still surprisingly hot after 20 minutes. The mug gets washed in the dishwasher every day… sometimes a long cycle, sometimes a shorter cycle… and it still looks like new! The painted finish is much more durable than I expected. After several months of daily use there are no chips, scratches or worn spots in the finish. Great Stanley product. Would make a very nice gift!

My fault for not reading
It’s a perfectly fine cup but absolutely not for commuting. It’s too wide to fit in any vehicle cupholder I have access to. But the bigger sin is that the cover is practically useless – it isn’t completely sealed and there’s a permanent opening for drinking through. So even if you could fit it your car somewhere, everything spills. I don’t think it’s entirely fair to dock a star for my failure to check the description but it showed up on a search for “travel mug” so I’m kinda salty.

Great Cup!
It’s perfect! The lid seamed like it would spill because of the sipping hole. But walking around with it didn’t spill out. Just don’t use the rough side of the sponge to clean the lid, it will scratch easy. The cup seems very durable!

It’s a good mug and with the lid, it’s easy to enjoy tea, coffee etc. While making the purchase, I mistakenly thought that it also works as thermos, but it doesn’t. However, it keeps tea warm for reasonable amount of time. Recommend.

Stanley products are truly made for life! This mug is essential for any camping trip. It’s just the perfect size, well built, keeps drinks hot for a good hour+, has a cover that’s really easy to drink out of.

I’m a spiller! This cup doesn’t have a locked opening FYI, but it still keeps your drinks hot the lid doesn’t leak around the edges but it is still easy to get on and off. This is not fitting in your car cup holder but it’s great for outdoors and keeping your drink hot or cold, mostly hot drinks.
