Worth the price
These trays cost more than some of the walkers. So why should you pay so much? Because they are worth it!. It greatly improves the utility of your walker. We first bought one several years ago for my wife, who was bed bound. It was her food tray as well as her desk. Now she has passed on and I now need walkers on all three levels of my house. As soon as I got the extra walkers I realized I need trays for them too. The walkers allow me to move myself. The trays allow me to move stuff too. I don’t know the weight limit is but I had a gallon of milk on the tray and the cat jumped on it, so that was over 20 lbs. They are tough.

Doesn’t fit
Although I compared the measurements of her walker to the measurements of the tray itself before ordering, it was very difficult to measure the rails on the walker and know whether inside measurement of the slots that go over the rails would fit as your measuring curves edges on the rails so it’s not an exact measurement. Was hoping the the curvature of the top of the walker rails was a standard measurement ….. but evidently that is not the case. The walker she owns is from Invacare. Based on the measurements of this tray I now realize the slots need to be longer so hopefully now I will be able to find a similar product with the measurements I need. The tray itself is very sturdy looking and I really liked the fitted pad it comes with which is a feature that I really liked.

For the most part works as intended
I wanted to get this for my wife’s walker due to I liked that it had a custom fitted anti-slip mat for the tray. That is one of the pros of the product. It does a great job of helping keep things from sliding around on the try. Now here is the con. Like pretty much the others in the same product line, the walker tray fits on as a “one size fits all.” It attaches by slipping over the handles. However, the drawback of that is it does not fit always solidly on, thus, it sometimes tilts forward or backwards. This makes it difficult if one was to try and put any containers on it that could spill out. The holes also meant for cups are so small that most cups do not fit in the slots.Again, overall it works okay. However, the design could still be improved on. Maybe something so that it could be more securely attached so that it is level. One would think that the walker manufacturers could come up with something better but I’m guessing its not work their efforts.

Stability of tray. Ability to hold cup securely
Like the way tray fits on my walker, likeno slip material. Dislike the holes for holding beverages, they are too small to carry most any sizecup, glass or beverages in cahs or bottles, woodbe better if holes were a little bigger and located on the sides of tray. The tray slopes a little from sides to center which makes beverages to easily upset. It is difficult to carry a plate of food on the tray top and hold onto your beverage as you walk to seating area.

Perfect but Cup Holders Unworkable
My 87 year old father is the king of his castle… I’m the Cinderella of mine before Prince charming…lol.Pros: I purchased this tray and it is working out well. Prior to this, we only had one Walker and it wasn’t the type recommended. It did not work.Be sure to get/have the front arched looking type walker prior to getting the tray. Otherwise, It just doesn’t work.I normally MAKE things work. This isn’t one of those “times”.I have three types of walkers. The tray permanently stays on this Walker and sits full-time, nicely in the living room. That way It’s easier to use and is readily available for all of his meals at home. I also watch my special needs three year old grandson full-time, so no time to think…lol. My father likes his other walker, so I didn’t want to argue. This worked out greatly. If we want to bring the tray, that’s an easy option. The tray is light weight enough to bring, if needed. The tray is affordable.Cons: Drink/cup holders=useless. The drinks are not held well, tilt or fall through. TERRIBLE.Would have been better not to have them at all. Maybe a netting type fabric.Oh well, you can have your milk and cry over it, too…lol. All in all, we have adapted to life and our new food tray. I recommend it.It’s easy to clean and removable. It’s a great height for my father.. Vertically and horizontally.

Absolutely essential
After knee surgery I was stuck on a walker for a while. This thing has been a lifesaver for me. How do you carry anything when using a walker? When you want a hot cup of coffee, do you have to stand at the counter and drink it or try to somehow get it to the table without sloshing it all over? This is the answer. I have used this to carry all kinds of things. I found that if the items fit on the tray, it will carry them just fine. This is a tray, not a shelf. A shelf would be permanently affixed and could not tip. This tray is stable and sturdy as long as you don’t push on it or move your walker by holding the tray. Keep your hands on the walker handles and you should have no problem. It stays steady with any number of things on it on any part of the tray.My water glasses fit just fine in the round cutouts. Maybe they’re an old school style, but they fit just right. Water bottles fit there, too.I am grateful to have found this. I can carry a meal to the table or put groceries away or any number of things that would have been difficult or even impossible without it. If you have a walker, get this!

This product fit the walker perfectly. However, this is not suitable for someone that needs to to stand between the frame the walker to get more stability. It would probably be OK for short term use.
