Pleasantly Surprised – Unexpected Benefits
I am pleasantly surprised … I was very skeptical about this stuff but decided to give it a try … I have only been taking 3 capsules once a day (less than is recommended) and I have seen results … the first thing I noticed is that my skin issues completely cleared up after one week … I had really scaly skin on my ankles and feet and that is completely gone along with my dry scalp … I also notice more energy and mental clarity (although these things are harder to prove) … makes me wonder what I’d see if I took the recommended dosage … bottom line, there may be no miracle food or supplement, but something in Texas Superfood works … I had tried lotions and everything else for my scaly skin and nothing ever worked … but one week of this completely cured it … I can’t vouch for all the claims but I do know what I’ve seen for myself … I’m convinced at least that Texas Superfood provides some benefits to my diet that have obviously been missing with my daily intake of food … I’ll continue to use it …

One month and I feel good, not great but I do feel good
Both my wife and I are on the TSF and I don’t feel a dramatic change but I don’t feel as tired and seem to get through my day with less fatigue and my wife also feels it’s helping her. It does have a funky taste, your suppose to take it with food so what I do is eat a little and take the pills with something that has even a little flavor and that helps a lot. The pills are large but I have had worse, I can pop two at a time not a problem (your millage will vary). You are suppose to take 2 pills 3 times a day but I read some reviews where people were saying that they were have stomach issues. So I thought it might be too much veggies and fruits for the systems so quickly so we eased into taking them. We started off with just 1 pill 3 times a day for about a week then switched to the 2 pills 3 times a day and we had no stomach issues.I took off one star for the taste.

Joint Pain Reduced
*** 2 years later***Been taking Texas superfoods for 2 years now. Still only take 2-3 after meals. After a fee months of taking these, I also noticed reduced joint stiffness. I’m at the age where sitting in a recliner for an hour or two, legs were a bit stiff when I got up to walk. Now? Zero stiffness. I can pop out of the chair, no stiff joints! The price has gone up a LOT since starting on these, but at 2 or so a day only during weekdays, one bottle lasts a very long time and seems worth it. I do hope though the price stays flat…**update**It has been 3 weeks. Joint pain is entirely gone. Still taking 2 a day. Have not noticed any other changes. People complain about the taste, which is a bit surprising. I let the capsule dissolve in my mouth. Kind of a grassy with a slightly fruit sweet flavor. Like vegetables, more or less.I got my booster shot Jan 7th of this year. A day later I started experiencing unusual joint pain in left elbow and right knee.This was odd enough, but it continued to last even get worse, 4 weeks later.I started taking Texas Superfoods Feb 7th. They recommend 6 a day, but I’ve only been doing 2 a day. One after breakfast, one after lunch. Within 4 days, the pain started to diminish.Now at 11 days, it’s almost entirely gone. Can hardly notice any joint pain at all. Not saying correlation equals causation, but seems there could be.I’ll update this if anything changes, for better or worse.

Pretty amazing
I am skeptical of things that promise unbelievable results….so I was actually amazed that within a couple days I noticed more energy (the 2p nap is a thing of the past). Near a month of 3 times a day and the most phenom is a rash that I have been plagued with for over 20 years is getting better. Doc’s have never figured out what it is, they just say “well, ya go it again”. I was full blown weeping rash on legs and hand when I started (not thinking this would even make a difference on the rash) and within 2 days there was less itching, no weeping and size of rash diminishing. at this point (3 weeks) it is just pink area with a couple red spots, but no itch or weep. Interesting to see what else, but this alone is worth the price of the product.

Down the Hatch, Quickly!
They seem to work but you need to go through a bottle to really tell. The hardest part is how darn many you have to take Each Day! You need to take them with a beverage in hand and get them down quickly or they can get caught in the throat. My biggest gripe is that they are far too expensive. Yes, they are a ‘bit’ cheaper than that other product touted on the radio. Sadly, the people that need this product the most are of low income and just can’t afford it. I’m one of them and gave up something else almost as needful to buy a bottle. Good preventive health just should not cost like this.

Excellent Product!
I tell you what! I was skeptical about this and aka Super Food(s). At first you’d probably want to pick the red and green brand bottles. BUT with proper research THIS product is SUPERIOR to that brand. You know what? THIS stuff WORKS! I’m not KIDDING!! I didn’t think you’d be able to feel a difference with daily life tasks but sure enough I feel WAY better in a different way. Trust me it’s worth it! I’m a 47 Male and I literally feel 17 again! No joke!!!

Feel Much Better
I’ve been taking the recommended dosage of 6 per day after meals for a few weeks now and I must say I do feel better, sharper, more energy, motivation, better concentration/memory, sleeping better and starting to exercise quite a bit. All in all a very positive improvement in my life. I will definitely not run out of these anytime soon.I did notice other reviews mention the taste is not great. It is condensed vegetables not sugar coated gummy bears, they are not supposed to taste good they are “like” a vitamin in that they give you nutrients you are not otherwise getting. They do not claim to have a pleasing flavor but to be honest even the flavor has grown on me.Thank You Texas SuperFood, nice job on this one!!
