    Worth the Price!
OK. I really didn’t know what to expect from this book and was wary because of the price. But I absolutely think it’s worth it! I think of it as gaining tons more action oriented information than if I visited an ADHD specialist for far more money. Now, am I writing this review instead of doing what I need to do? Yes. But at least I’m aware of the habit. The only drawback is that you have to be motivated enough to crack it open and do the work.

    Poor Quality
While the content of this planner was great the quality is unfortunately not very good. The first time opening the planner the cover came off and a few pages slipped out. Very disappointed and was hoping to be able to share this resource with clients.

    Wonderful journal
I love this journal. It’s really great when you need to do a task but can’t bring yourself to do it. There are little games you can play to help get unstuck. It’s definitely worth the money. The cover is nice and thick. Great quality.

If you have trouble doing tasks give this a try
This really spoke to me! I love that it deals with feelings and how to start tasks. I always suspected I may have ADHD, never been diagnosed.

    I love this book!
Ok so I bought this for me as a 36 year old ADHDer lol. I have found it super helpful to get stuff done. I also have been sharing some of the ideas with my sister who had a sone that had ADHD and she has found that it is helping him keep his room clean! I may not pull it out every day but it helps on the days o have no motivation and the author even says that’s what it is intended for. The author is funny and real and the comics are fun. It’s nice for my brain that doesn’t stay focused well as the different strategies are broken into quick reads and quick execution. Would buy for my other friends with ADHD.
