Great replacement remote
This small remote fits comfortably in my hand. I keep it on my bed stand to reach for in the middle of the night. It has easy access on/off and three speed buttons, with a light button as well. This remote operates perfectly, actually better than the original.

My Fan Works Again!
I bought this to replace a non-responsive remote receiver in a Harbor Breeze Ceiling Fan that I had purchased several years ago. This unit was a direct replacement and the receiver was roughly the same size as the old one. The wiring was also the same, so the installation was straight forward. The transmitter is a little bigger than the original and takes a 2032 button cell battery. I really like the light dimming feature! There is one thing that it does which is strange, the receiver has a nice feature that when you start the fan on the slowest setting, the receiver starts in the highest speed setting for about two seconds to get the blades turning and then it automatically goes back to the slowest setting. However; for some reason while the fan is in the slowest setting, you can hear and see the receiver randomly kick in to the highest setting for about two seconds and then drop back to the slowest setting? There is no rhyme or reason to when it does this, it is very random. This anomaly doesn’t bother me all that much, it’s just weird. One more thing is that this receiver is louder than the original, there is an audible “click” that comes from the receiver when changing speeds. Other than those two things it works fine and I’m glad to have my fan working again!

Works ecellent, but “Learn” function did not work.
I lost the remote for a hunter fan, and bought this because I was hoping the “learn function” would save me from having to rewire the fan. “IT DIDN’T” I had to rewire the fan with the new sending unit, and than it worked perfectly. I did waste about an hour cycling the circuit breaker (fan was hardwired, no switch) than racing in and attempting the learn function, until I finally gave up and rewired the whole thing.This unit is the same fit and finish as the original and maintains the versatility to change fan speeds which many of the cheaper units don’t. Overall it works great, just dissappointed it didn’t save me any work.

Great replacement
Replaced our identical looking quite old “Hunter” Branded remote and receiver perfectly. Receiver is slightly larger than what was in the fan base -but- fitting it in was not an issue. Installation/wiring and easy pairing instructions are straight forward and easy to follow.

Finally a replacement that Works
As we are getting ready to move, we realize the remote control for our ceiling fan no longer worked. I scoured Amazon to find a replacement and even purchased a few. Finally, I found this remote. This remote was easy to install. Within 15 minutes. My husband and I had the new remote installed. I wish we had done this months ago. The remote is easy to use an easy to install. A great replacement for people to use instead of replacing the entire ceiling fan. The remote changes, the light and the speed of the fan. A great addition to our bedroom.
