STOPPED MY Year long bleeding
Vitex + regulate the best I was bleeding for a whole year and my doctors had me on so many different meds and couldn’t figure out why I took these and I say after two weeks bleeding slowed down and completely stopped it gives you a lil acne but if you stay consistent it clears up drink a lot of water but what even better helps is going on a fruit and vegetable diet only you get better results that way these also help with energy, motivation, brain fog, procrastination along with focusing .

Five stars and would give more if if was allowed. I started taking this a couple months or so ago for hormonal headaches and it literally worked in less than 24 hours. 400mg every morning a week before my *time of the month* and then I stop taking it when it starts. Love love.

Its Been 4 Months…..
I don’t write reviews unless I have given a product enough time to do what it is supposed to do, and supplements is a huge one that needs TIME. I have been taking Vitex daily for four months and I have most definitely seen results. I have HORRIBLE PMS symptoms and to be quite honest my hormones have been out of control since I had my second child over five years ago. This supplement has helped me to be more calm, less like the Hulk. It has lessened the severity of my PMS symptoms – awful cramps, headaches, mood swings, weird appetite changes. I think it has helped my hormonal acne as well because I started breaking out during PMS when I started taking this supplement and I no longer do very much after the four months, but it could be that I increased my benzoyl peroxide treatment around the same time. But often those types of face medicines aren’t able to combat hormonal acne very well. I would recommend this supplement to anyone dealing with out of control hormones and give it time to work, I hadn’t even realized how much it had been helping me until this last round of my cycle. I guess I do have too much bad estrogen happening, because this really has made a difference in my life.

Still testing
I bought this because I had a fibroid and to help balance hormones. Dr Axe had Vitex as a recommendation to help shrink fibroids. I don’t go in to have my fibroid tested cause it hasn’t caused me any issues except for a constant slightly bigger belly so I’m not sure if it’s working so far for that or not (he recommended 6 months and I’m only at 1-1/2) so as far as that goes I’ll have to get back with you. It has, however I think, helped with the hormonal imbalance issues I do have (low progesterone). The symptoms I had been showing for that are seemingly gone and overall I’ve been better so there’s that. I would say this is worth a try for anyone although (so far) would recommend trying it longer than even a month to see any significant changes. A few days of trying it or even just a month is probably not going to do much, it’s gonna take longer than that so hang in there.

I’m 25 and recently diagnosed with PCOS in Dec 2021. I already suspected I had it due to infertility issues & excessive chin/neck hair growth since high school. I’m normal weight and my hormone levels are normal too (blood test).My cycles have been consistent and normal for a few years until Sept 2021 which is when I got my 2nd C0vid shot the week my cycle was suppose to come on. (For reference I got the 1st one while I was on my cycle the month before.) I don’t want to point fingers but my period has stopped coming on since then.Today (3/24/2022) is my third day on this supplement and I’m already seeing what I think is a (positive) change in my discharge! It’s looking more like ovulation discharge which I’ve never had before even when my cycles were regular. (Ovulation is still possible without a period for those who have irregular cycles.I will continue to update this review.4/9/2022: It’s been almost 3 weeks and no sign of my cycle coming, unfortunately. I’ve found that for the first couple weeks my mood was great and no side effects. As of the last week, however, I’ve been having irritable bowel movements, been really gassy and really irritated/impatient . Was unsure if I want to continue these but I’d like to take it for the rest of the month. I’m hoping it may be a sign of my cycle coming?5/7/22: Unfortunately these did not work for me 🙁 I had no period and I didn’t feel much of a difference after a while right before I stopped taking them. It seemed like they were working at first. I feel like I should take these for at least 3 months before I give up but I’m already back on medroxyprogesterone to induce a period. I’m glad these worked for others though!

I took these for help trying to conceive. For a couple weeks, along with prenatals. After trying a few months. Now I am pretty certain we are pregnant!! Still need to test if period is late, but definitely feeling some symptoms that could be pregnancy.

Extreme nausea and dizziness
I took one pill this morning and have been dizzy with severe nausea all day. Almost 6 hours later and I’m still feeling extremely sick.
