Not Great But Good
Not really great bc I gave broken 3 of them already. I certainly won’t buy them again. Now, they did lasted a few years, and I use them periodically.

I left my resistance pants. They have kept me in shape and they don’t wear. They still seem brand new since they I got them and I use them every other day they save money and going to the gym and using weight machines which probably injured the body resistance are safer to use for the body less impact, but definitely up your body and build a muscle. Thank you for providing me with a good quality resistance band for my workouts.

Great sturdy bands for home use! Sizes are good for a 5’8 female. Gotta work em in a bit and they are a bit stiff. But over all good quality I don’t have to worry about them snapping haha

The resistance bands came in a medium quality drawstring bag. They were each individually wrapped in a plastic bag and each had their own color coordinated rubber bands to hold them together. I really love how wide the range of resistance is, allowing you to choose what strength is best for the exercise you wish to complete. Using these resistance bands help you to achieve a similar result as a cable machine at the gym (as long as you have a mounting point). They are super easy to setup and take down which makes them a favorite for my home workouts. Each of the bands are color coded and have different thickness making the different strengths easily recognizable in a hurry. I believe that this set of resistance bands are the best for the price range in terms of quality and strength. The only problems that I have with them are that when you open the individual wrapping, the bands smell strong of rubber/plastic and are very dusty, after using many times, the smell and the dust do eventually go away.
