Great workout bench
I love this bench! Definitely helps with at home workouts. The only thing I have issue with is the notches for resistance bands. There do not seem to be resistance bands designed for the bench. I bought a set, but they are too long and cannot effectively use for most things. I am having a hard time identifying bands that will work with this bench.

Good value for the money with a nice surface.
This is a sturdy bench with a well made no slip surface. The sides collapse a little more easily than the name brand competitor but only when height is being adjusted. It’s easy to move and used in daily home workouts.

Good for home use, not as nice as gym quality but well worth the money.
I saw a version of this at my gym and there are times I can’t squeeze in a visit to the gym. So I did the next best thing, I bought one for home use along with some free weights I already owned. My son, who is a gym rat, showed me a bunch of workouts I can at home and now me and my youngest boy work out every week. Sometimes at the gym and sometimes in the garage using this and some other items.

Defective Broken legs Won’t Lock Safety Danger
It arrived today was super excited but as my husband help me take out box I saw shaving of plastic. Then after it was all out tried open turquoise platform each side. I noticed one side opened but tgen other side it was not locking, uneven but when gently moved up. Then finally locked after few attempts. But then wouldn’t unlock push down. Upon further examination all over broken pieces on each side of that platform rise. Oh I was so disheartened but I began again view shipping bubble wrap it was dirty old as if reused bc I know new bubble wrap that was red flags. Made me wonder how long storeage or sat or age but clearly pieces were uneven. So I looked over shipping box too pics- one bottom side of cardboard was barely loosely 1 piece tape. The bottom side was so bent tore open least foot long and throughout pkg was weak areas cardboard. Now not sure again packaging but wasnt wrapped well with thicker bubbles. My husband saw my disappointment as we re- wrapped it BETTER than before.. re- wrapped box in weak areas. One thing I noticed was tape seal abd bubble wrapp wasnt of thickness looked haphazardly pkg inside and out. ALL RED FLAGS … suspected defect or broken somewhere.Buyers … the top deck was beautiful but bottom rise wasnt . Wow! Pls look entirely over this merchandise bc smallest plastic defects are BIG SAFETY RISKS FOR INJURY when it doesn’t lock in place. Its important look at all the pieces. I will say I loved the rubber on top design, teal vibrant and locked unlocked top storeage by handles with all angles. NEVER GOT TRY WORKOUTS … im returning immediately for refund. Btw refund had no problems just ensure compliant all instructions boxing and printed label. Veey cooperative with prompt refund. Ty means a lot.

Sturdy and perfect for any home gym. Height is perfect for proper hip thrusts and split squats for my height (5’5”)

I bought this for the wife. We both use it. Very versatile little bench at a much lower price than many other brands. Definitely worth it if you don’t have room to set up a proper bench.
