Perfect sleep awaits
I have wanted a weighted blanket for a while but wasn’t sure about the different brands or weights. My son recently asked for this one. The day it arrived I immediately tried it. OMG! I was sold. I bought one for myself along with a cover. My husband and I have a king size bed and ordinarily use separate blankets. The size of the blanket is perfect for my side of the bed. It is a bit under 10% of my body weight but I think it is perfect. It is not too heavy. The blanket, before I put it in the duvet, was soft and the color was as shown. I do not have anxiety, ADHD or any of the other conditions that people speak of a weighted blanket helping. I am a 61 year old mom and wife with a full time job who just feels better and sleeps better with this blanket. The blanket does not make me feel hot/cold at night. I am so pleased with this product that I recommend it all the time! The price cannot be beaten, believe me I research products 6 ways to Sunday before I buy. I agree with other reviews that the small squares are a definite plus. I cannot imagine how the weight would be evenly distributed without. I will without hesitation buy it again and again.

Weighted Blanket=Life Change
A weighted blanket changed my life. It has completely transformed my sleep. This is my second one for a second bed. Buy it as heavy as you can. I guarantee you will love it, if not, you can send it right back to Amazon This one is particularly good because the squares are small so the glass beads inside do not move around too much. Incidentally, it is the glass beads that keep you cool and you do not feel at all smothered. the 60×80 covers a queen size bed without hanging over the sides, which is fine for one person. If there are two people in the bed, you might want one a little large larger that we’ll hang out over the sides.

I used to toss and turn – this keeps me wrapped up like a burrito and in one place. I’m sleeping so much better. It also helps w/ shoulder pain b/c I slide that arm under the weighted blanket and the weight holds the arm in place and the muscles relax.

Gift for my wife who unfortunately finds it too heavy (go figure) and hot, so it doesn’t help to resolve any sleep issues for her. And I am a sheets sleeper, so not for me and it now sits unused. Maybe we could gift it!? Regardless, quality is fine, so I can really only knock off one star. It does what it’s supposed to do.

The perfect weight
Bought this one after my previous one just didn’t feel heavy enough anymore. I was skeptical before it was delivered that it wouldn’t be heavy enough or only a tiny bit heavier than my previous one. Let me tell you, I don’t move at night and have had far better sleep. I can’t sleep without it now. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Great gift for the restless
If you have a loved one who struggles to sleep (takes 1 hour to fall asleep, keeps waking up middle of the night) this is a great gift.The recipient immediately passed out when this got thrown on them and will stay out through the night. They’ve mentioned being a tiny bit sore waking up (likely due to tossing and turning with the blanket) but are thrilled at the idea of strength training in their sleep— LOL.It is tough to wash being so heavy but has held up in the washer. No complaints so far!

The picture does not due this blanket any justice! I ordered the 20lb queen size magnolia blanket, and it’s beautiful, soft and feels so good when it’s on you, instant relaxation, takes away the anxiety. I can’t say enough good things about it, it’s definitely worth it 💯

It is with some skepticism that I dipped my toe into the weighted blanket craze. To help me sleep more quickly, I’ve tried everything from a bunch of different pillows to varied ASMR. Those methods did help, but I have to say the weighted blanket from YnM takes things to the next level.Pros:- It really does help me feel sleepy and fall asleep more quickly! Actually I use ASMR a lot less now, because it’s been so much easier to fall asleep when I am using this blanket.- Fair price and not expensive compared to much of the competiton.- No problems with weight distribution or clumping.- No problems with leakage of the grains, after 1 month so far.- No problems with noise from the grains.- Comes with a carrying / storage bag.Cons:- This particular model does not come with a duvet cover. (YnM does now offer a different package with 2 duvet covers included.)- Tying the blanket into the duvet cover using those ‘shoelace ribbons’ is a bit annoying and difficult.- I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning… I feel so nice and warm and cocooned!- An adjustment period to using this blanket is definitely necessary. I had some sore muscles and such for the first week.I am very happy with the blanket. It really does make me feel like I want to drift off more quickly, though I also don’t want to get out of bed because I feel so nice and warm and cocooned under the weight.In my experience, I find I get the best effect from this once I have the weight all the way up to my shoulders, and I fold my arms on top of my torso so I get the weight on my wrists and hands as well. Something about having the weight on my hands really helps me feel sleepy.Note: I strongly recommend getting the duvet cover for this blanket. I sleep with a regular duvet and then the weighted blanket on top of that.

I’ve heard about these forever but had little to no interest in them – I love my bed, love my duvet…wasn’t looking to change my game. After learning these were great in reducing anxiety by offering the feeling of being swaddled – I thought I’d give it a go. First sleep – was dead asleep and have been ever since! The weight stops my from toss & turning and then prematurely waking up. I’ve joined the cult and haven’t shut up about w friends & family since.
