I bought these so i didnt have 4 diffrent sets of weights laying around. They are easy to switch out and have a sturdy grip. when i eventually need to increase the weight i will be buying the heavier set. Enjoying working out with them.

It is very good, well made.Looks a lot better than the picturesI bought one and have been using it for a week. You need to first hold the nozzle then twist and turn to change the weights so the chances of a weight getting loose is probably near 0.Very good for home if you dont have a lot of space to have multiple weights
