Great for physical therapy
I’ve been very happy with this purchase. I have spondyloarthritis and part of my physical therapy exercises is working on stepping up and down, and this is the perfect size and height and holds my weight well. I use it over a yoga mat so there’s cushion when I step off of it. I also don’t do any intense exercising with it. But it works well for my needs.

FYI…. Platform is a bit narrow to step on to, wouldn’t recommend it for any woman with a sized foot bigger than 8 or a man’s size 7. Could get dangerous.
