Great aerobic step
I love this aerbic step. I am over 65 and was finding it harder to step up on curbs and go up steps. I started using the lower step and then added the higher step. It is extremely versatile; easy to store and in my opinion, very stable and sturdy. I would order again.

I purchased this for a friend who is recovering from a stroke to get his excersizes done. The unit is adjustable in height, very durable and yet light weight.

Sturdy step
I taught step for a couple of years in the early 2000’s and thought I’d give it a go, again. This item was priced better than similar products, and while the product itself is fine, I wish the brand/seller provided the option to purchase additional risers as this step does not have the height I am accustomed to and wanted. Thus I may, unfortunately be returning.

This is a well made and sturdy riser
I made the right choice picking this stepper. I used a 5 in 1 tool to gently loosen and pry up the stored 2 blue center risers – moving the 5 in 1 tool around each riser while gently pushing up . The riser is very stable and well made . It can adjust to the full eight inches .Place the risers with the bumpers toward the floor into the base frame and press them together – I used my hands and foot to do this -until they are secured.

Great item Easy to use
I really like the step up. I have started slow but I like the extra inches I can add as I get stronger. It is very stable and wide enough for my size 9 foot.
