Exercise equipment
Bought this to strengthen leg that became weaken due to spinal and peripheral nerve issue. Use it to do step up and step down exercises. It has 3 heights 4-6-8 inches soI start with lowest height. The height elevators snap on the ends. The more I use it, the more exercises come to mind to strengthen leg. It is long about three feet in length but it’s stable. I plan to do some jumps onto it when I get stronger to do so.

Great for the price
Get the job done, the non-slip buttons are small and not very effective since I’m on tile not carpet. I do like that collapses and for the price it holds up to my weight enough. I’m 250 lbs.Would like to see better nonslip design for safety

Supports too difficult to remove/change
I bought this based on good reviews I read. It appeared great initially but I found 2 fundamental flaws which mean I’ll be returning it:- While the supports fit under it directly for shipping, there’s nothing to hold them in for storage. I’d either need to store it at full height or put it back in the box.- Putting the supports on was easy enough (didn’t fully seem flush when assembled). Taking them off was another matter entirely. I was left with marks all over my fingers from trying to pull them off. I train regularly, have done for ~9 years, and have never had issues with the steps at any gym.If this design issue wasn’t present, I believe it would be good value.
