High quality, reliable, easy to use and clean.
High quality, fast, and works as specified. Any wobble is due to no water in the kettle for it to settle securely on its base, adding water to the kettle eliminates that problem and insures a safe connection to the base. It is fast to the boil and will maintain the higher temp for a few hours when selected. I have an older insta-hot but it does no longer gets as hot and has a limited amount of hot water compared to when it was new. Very reliable so far, use it every day with my French Press for coffee and for tea.

It’s my favorite kettle. Very easy to refill. It holds a lot of water. No leaks and the glass makes it obvious how much water there is inside. No plastic. It boils very fast. No bad smell. Great product.

Seems to power up only occasionally, and reaction from the temperature up/down button is inconsistent. Most likely, bad wiring or contacts in the handle.
