Great Mat!
This is exactly what I was looking for. I bought it four years ago, and it has held up well. I am 5’10”, and it is long enough for me to do my push-ups, sit-ups, and stretches. Additionally, the mat is thick enough to provide comfort for my knees, hips, and hands/wrists. It’s a great product!

Affordability, quality, amazing mat
This yoga mat is perfect for beginners! This is my first Amazon basics purchase and I’m so shocked at the quality. It’s super thick and doesn’t move around when I do my workouts. As far as grip with my feet I use the little grooves which also help me when I’m getting into the swing of things. I absolutely think it’s worth the money. The string that helps you keep it in place makes it easy to store in tight places. I will be updating in 6 months to see how it holds up but so far so good 👍 namaste 🙏

Gym Essential
I use this often for pilates and I’ve had it for a few months now. It’s pretty soft, but also provides sufficient protection for your back and such while working out, it’s a good thickness. I’m fairly tall, but the mat is still a good length for me. The only thing that ever bothers me is that it will sometimes stretch when I’m planking and such. Overall I think this is really good quality for the price, and I’ve found that it’s holding up very well.

bueno, resistente y grueso, no me lastima la espalda al hacer ejercicio, lo compre para pilates y hacer estiramientos y funciona bien, si llega a resbalarse al brincar o moverse de pie, ese sería el único punto malo, pero en cuanto a calidad y comodidad 10/10.

Ich habe die Yogamatte nun seit 2023 im Einsatz und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf. Hier meine Eindrücke im Detail:Die Matte wirkt hochwertig verarbeitet. Das Material fühlt sich angenehm auf der Haut an und hat keinen unangenehmen chemischen Geruch, wie es bei manchen günstigeren Matten der Fall ist. Sie ist rutschfest, was mir besonderes wichtig ist.Mit einer Dicke von 1,3 cm bietet die Matte eine gute Balance zwischen Dämpfung und Stabilität. Ich spüre den Boden bei stehenden Posen gut, ohne dass es unangenehm wird. Auch bei längerem Sitzen oder Knien ist ausreichend Polsterung .Die Matte lässt sich mit einem feuchten Tuch problemlos reinigen. Bisher haben sich keine Flecken oder Abnutzungen gezeigt.Fazit:Insgesamt eine tolle Yogamatte mit gutem Grip, ausreichender Dämpfung und einem hochwertigen Gefühl. Für Anfänger wie auch Fortgeschrittene eine klare Empfehlung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier absolut

Nice thick mat for gym exercises, yoga, etc. Not too soft and not too hard, just right. I saw some people complaining about a smell but the mat delivered to me had no disturbing smell. Even when getting really close to the mat with the nose and sniffing hard there is only a little rubber smell at best. Due to the thickness the mat is a bit bulky but aside that a clear recommendation from my side.
