A really good product for head, neck and shoulder pain!
I ordered one of these because I’ve seen them used on ASMR videos and I wanted to try one and see if it’ll help with my head and neck pain because me constantly using my own hands is a pain; and it does! I massage my front and back temple of my head and it feels good without any pressure unless you apply it yourself. I massage my shoulders and neck with how much ever pressure I need and I just love it. I don’t need batteries or have to stain in order to get relief. Some people try to massage their back and complain that it doesn’t work, but I tried it and it worked for me; it’ll just take time because it manual massager. You can also put it in the freezer for cool relief, but I like it without it.

Elbow loves it
I bought this because my orthopedic told me to buy this because I have bad elbow pain. I put on essential oil and then use this to massage my elbow/arm to relieve pain. It really helps. I use it through out the day. I woke 10+ hours a day on computer so my elbow and arm (right) hurts a lot. This really helps. I recommend this to anyone that has bad elbow pain and needs some relieve without taking meds.

I am in love. These little things are a wonder. I have a lot of aching and tight muscles courtesy of a job that requires a lot of heavy lifting, and I have tried probably over half the hand massagers in the market in my quest for relief, as my fingers can no longer do the strong massage I require for very long before giving out. This one beats all hand massagers I have tried, hands down.The little ball is a very solid piece that comes in a beautiful marbled pearl color. The ball’s housing is plastic with a rubber grip, but even though the plastic seems to be rather cheap, I have had no problems with it, so no stars taken off for that.Because they roll, they don’t scrape along your skin like other massagers, and it has a wonderful grip. No slipping out of my fingers! And I can usually get plenty of pressure using these things to get into even the really deep spots that my fingers can’t even find. Everyone else in my family loves it too.My favorite thing to do with these, to deal with the terrible knots around my shoulder blade area, is to lie back on the bed and shove this baby beneath me. Once positioned under the sore spot, I just let myself relax down into it. Such exquisite pain! I move it around to new spots every minute or so until i’m certain i’ve gotten everything. The next morning I feel so much better! These things are worth every penny!The only issue is that sometimes when pressed harder, the ball won’t roll. It seems to get stuck in there. Not sure what’s wrong with it, but if that were fixed these things would be pretty much perfect.

Great massager for breast tissue & over ribs.
I’ve never seen anything like this before. It’s easy to use and works to massage over difficult areas like the chest. Lately my muscles have been stressed and this is helpful. I haven’t used it much yet. I’ll update this later.

This is very well made and lightweight for rolling over tight muscles or for doing some self-massage. No rough spots and fits the hand nicely.

I like the size and shape of the balls, they fit in my small hands well so I can use them both simultaneously. They work as expected, my only complaint is that they are very light weight and the plastic cradle makes an unpleasant plastic sound as the ball rolls around. Other brands I have tried do not make this hollow plastic sound, which is unfortunate in the spa setting I use them in, but does not affect the performance.Good product, Id like the balls to weigh more so they roll quieter, or the plastic casing to be more sturdy

It makes you realize you have muscles where you never thought you had muscles lol. I really love how nicely it fits in the palm of your hand and how light it is. It rolls really nicely and really does the job quite well! I use it regularly on my legs and shoulders and it has completely changed my life being able to release those spots when needed, by myself without having to see a massage therapist. It’s very easy to clean and for the price, it’s a must have! 10/10 recommend!
