Great taste and excellent quality for the price
This protein really surprises with the quality it offers. It mixes well, doesn’t leave lumps, and the flavor is very pleasant, even with water. It helps a lot with post-workout recovery and provides a good amount of protein per serving. Also, the price is excellent compared to other brands. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something effective and affordable.

My favorite
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Tastes great and works well!I’ve tried many protein shakes, but this one is definitely one of my favorites. The flavor is delicious, not too sweet, and it mixes really easily without clumps. It keeps me full for hours and gives me great energy after workouts. I’ve noticed my recovery time has improved too. Great quality and good value for the price — I’ll keep buying it!

Great tasting protein shake with a high protein content
Th Body Fortress protein powder has 60g of protein per serving which is a good amount relative to other brands. I like the taste of the peanut butter and chocolate. It isn’t overly strong in taste. The powder mixes very well in water or milk, using a protein shaker. The consistency is smooth and there is no lumps. I mix this with a scoop of almond powder and psyllium and it makes a nutritious meal before I go to the gym. I find it is effective at helping me achieve my protein intake for the day and far less calories than eating protein bars and more satiating. The container it comes in works well for sealing the powder keeping it dry and has a large opening to reach in and scoop the powder out with the included scoop. The price is also very reasonable compared to other brands.

Best Value of any Protein Source in 2025
This is the best value I can find in mid 2025 for protein, if you only consider how many grams of protein you get per dollar. The flavor is okay – not the best, not the worst. The macros are not the best for whey.Starting with flavor, it tastes pretty good in milk. 6 or 7/10. There is a little bit of a chemical flavor. It is like a hint of fake cookie dough or biscoff/speculoos. This tinge of artificial cookie flavor makes it taste worse IMO than a more plain vanilla flavor. For the macros, I think it should taste a little better. As far as macros, this is near the lowest ratio of protein to total calories of any whey protein powders on the market. Around 64% of the calories are from protein. The lowest wheys are a little u der 60% and the highest is around 90%. (Of course, just from the labels – if you don’t like bad news, don’t look into how the actual protein powders fail to meet the numbers printed on the label.)But what this protein does best is deliver maximum grams of protein per dollar. As of mid-2025, I can get 1.8 lb or 800 g. for around $16 including delivery fees, or as low as $13 on subscribe and save, which comes out to over 40 grams of protein per dollar, which is the highest protein value of any food I can find today, excluding plant-based sources. Even conpared to anything I have found in the grocery store. It mixes well and is never lumpy. There are little black cookie bits. I have not had any digestion issues with this protein. That was a big problem for me when I tried another brand near this price.Overall, this is the best value of protein, but the fat and carb count is pretty high, so this isn’t the best protein if you are rrstricting calories, and the flavor is not quite as good as it should be for as fatty as it is. I would probably order it again as a bulking option but for now I will try other brands.

Excelent Product
This product tastes good, blends easily, has a solid amount of protein per serving, and is overall very good quality. I see many people in the reviews saying that it does not blend well. Come on, start building some muscle by shaking it properly. If you cannot blend it by shaking a shaker bottle with your own arms, you probably need more of this and a good workout plan.

The flavor never sticks for me, but the results always will
No matter what flavor I get I just can never enjoy it enough. Vanilla chocolate peanut butter cookies and cream, it all leaves me bracing myself a bit before drinking some. The taste is OK, but it’s not something I welcome with open armstaste aside, it is still a really good way to reaching your protein dailies. Easy to scoop easy to mix Chucky within a minute and you’re good to go. When it comes to easy to consume protein I go with this any day.

Good product – just dont get cookie n creme flavor!
For buying on a budget, i got a lot! Thats not th ething i have a problem with — in fact, other than the taste, i love it. So, whatever you do guys.. dont get the cookies n’ creme version. It initially tastes and smells like oreos straight out the package, but when you mix it it has this weird – still oreo-y but not quite right taste.I only mixed wth water so i dont kow how well it fairs with mik, but can guess it’d taste a litte better. I’d steer from it all together.Im upset about it, but it really is a good product. My tip to other customers is to just get the good old chocolate or vanilla flavor intead, though.Update: I tried it with milk and vanilla icecream. It still tastes bad. 🙁

Worth the price, 100%
It’s actually tasteless, which is greatly because it allows for it to be mixed into virtually anything. It is always difficult for me to really tell how effective creatine is, to be honest. Particularly outside of it’s use as a nootropic for days when I don’t get enough sleep and my software won’t boot up lol. For that, I can usually tell. The only real “con” I can say about it is that while it says micronized, I’ve seen finer powders be achieved from other creatine that don’t make that claim, and you will notice it settling and some grit. Especially if you let it sit any amount of time. Which, of course, you never really should, but it doesn’t take very long for some of it to fall out of suspension. I thought I would add it to coffee, just to see if it dissolved more cleanly in a hot beverage, but that didn’t work either. May actually have been worse. All considered though, it seems to be a quality creatine, that is truly devoid of taste, that is priced at a very reasonable price point. Hard not to give it 5 stars. I would definitely recommend giving it a shot.
