These are well made stress ball’s. They are fun to use. It’s effective in the sense it helps calm me due to texture and focus of the we squeeze. Its size is fine for a woman or teen but probably perfect size for a man. I find myself wanting it to be slightly smaller.

These stress balls are wonderful! I am a teacher and overstimulation is REAL. lol I love that these came in a pack of two. I was able to keep one on my desk, at school, and keep one at home. I even saved the container that it came in and I use each end as a holder for them.They are made of a soft and flexible material. I can tell that they will last a long time. The saying on the front is a fun bonus, and a good reminder to let things go. The size fits nicely in my hand and it is not difficult to squish when I use it. Would purchase again!
