Dehydrate!
I love this! I was fortunate this summer to find hen of the woods mushrooms on our property. I had not tried the dehydrator yet, but wow! So easy. Turn it on, set it to dehydrate, hit start! Time and temp automatically set. Turns itself off when ready. And, perfect! We used the rotisserie a few weeks ago. Chicken must be small, but it was beautiful! Juicy and tender.

The cleaning complaints and solutions from other reviews are dead on. Been using this at least every other day for a little over two months. Air fry, baking cookies, casseroles, meatloaf, fish, chicken, frozen foods , etc. Works extremely well and is very simple to use. This is replacing the oven for us and so far it has been able to do everything very well.

Highly recommend this air fryer/oven!
Ok, so this thing is a big as a microwave, but it is amazing! Air frying is the way to go. It’s so much healthier. It also bakes perfectly if you just want to make a cake or lasagna, etc. I love that is has dual zones so you can cook one thing at one temp and at the same time, use the other side to make something else. I don’t even use my oven any more. It’s super easy to clean and is pretty quiet.

Wonderful but hard to clean
I bought my Emeril Dual zone so that I could make things quicker and the sync feature helps the 2 zones to end at the same time. We use it daily. Biscuits, Wings, Nachos, Anything you cook in an oven, is easier and quicker in the Emeril. It’s also easy to cook a complete meal for 2 all at the same time. The only con I have about the air fryer is that it is ridiculously hard to clean. So much of it is not non stick. Some parts you can put parchment paper on or aluminum foil but under the elements, which is where the drip pan goes. So anything that spatters or drips is on your elements. How do you clean them?… with great difficulty. It’s hard enough to clean that I am considering NOT buying the pasta maker because I’m afraid it will be just another long chore. I use my Emeril daily, most days at least twice. I wipe & rinse, soak trays in Dawn, I try to keep it clean. It is impossible even with my chain mail covered sponge. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not sending it back. I love it and would be lost without it. But I won’t rotisserie in it due to the envisioned mess. It would be 5 stars if I could clean it better.

Best Air Fryer Oven
This air fryer oven is the easiest and fastest oven I have ever used. The food comes out perfect and there are so many different settings. The air fryer setting is great my French fries came out nice and crispy, my chicken wings came out nice and crunchy! I tried the the toaster setting and my bagel was nice perfectly toasted no burnt edges and I used a Lenders bagel which is a bigger bagel. I’m excited about this oven!!! I can’t wait to try all the settings!Also it is so simple to clean and honestly that’s my favorite part!!!Thank you Emeril!!!

AWESOME AIRFRYER
I bought this airfryer because of the dual zone. But I got so much more. I use it a ton already and absolutely love it. I don’t think it is noisy at all. Love that it will beep for preheat and when it is done. The quality of this airfryer is pretty good. It has many functions. It is awesome that you can bake on one side and airfryer on the other. The pans you get all work pretty well. I did buy extras. They seem too not burn stuff.There are some negatives but not alot. One is when you use the rotisserie function you have to clean it afterwards. It is a design problem. The juices go on the elements because they are above the drip tray.One other negative is finding pans that fit. But they are out there.Overall I give it a solid 9 out of 10

Unplug when not in use per manual
This is the oddest reaction I’ve had to a kitchen appliance. It does everything perfectly 5 STARS – we’ve cooked pizza, rotisserie chicken (WOW!), frozen fare such as fries, chicken nuggets, egg rolls, etc. we’ve baked a loaf of bread, biscuits, monkey bread and a few other bakery type items. We’ve used the air fry function, bake function and messed with the others.3 STARS – read the manual carefully and then believe it. Manual suggests unplugging while not in use. Thought that was odd since it’s the size of a microwave. After use the red light returns to blue to signal the unit is no longer “heating”. After a short time the screen will clear, all lights go off and the screen simply says OFF in large letters. The fan continues to run and cool down the unit before shutting completely off. At that time the OFF on the screen will turn off and the appliance is “asleep” until you press any button to wake it. NOW the issue – mentioned in the book – is the unit will randomly turn ON and run the cooling fan whether you’ve been using it or not. So one morning we woke up and heard the fan running and screen all lit up blue and both of us thought the other person was thinking about breakfast. After a comic routine we realized we didn’t turn it on. Still hadn’t read the full manual at this point. That night when my spouse got home from work the unit was all lit up again and the fan was running. Googled it and grabbed the manual. Turns out it’s a known thing and the manual even tells you. So my suggestion is unplug it after using. Not a huge deal breaker but this caused the 3 star review cause in a rush morning running toast or bagels through the cooker you have to wait for the cool down (up to 10 minutes) before it shuts down at which time you can unplug it. I’ve never had to unplug a microwave, toaster oven or toaster for that matter so seems this should never run when no one has touched it – especially a cool down fan cycle.

So much more versatile then the drawer models. Gave my Ninja 10qt away. Rotisserie is fantastic, the 2 section or 1 big one, excellent.One small disappointment is no big wire rack for use with big single use. You only get two small wire racks for the 2 sides. Bought large wired rack that fit on the large pan suppliedRotisserie holder bit flimsy as roast or chicken hard to hold with one hand. Still usable though. Better and cleaner then having to reach in to get food out.With a wireless thermometer meat, and chicken perfect every time. Even when using rotisserie. Insert get notification when right temperature go get ready to serve. Perfect every time.All the bells and whistles. Use almost every day now. Not like the basket type.Easier to clean (hint use tinfoil)Recommend and would buy again.P.S.Works fantastic with solar generator during power failures when oven is out. Grill, broil, bake.

I’ve had the Emeril for a few months now and love it. I used to have a basket type airfryer but wanted to move away from non-stick coating so I got this unit. I love the dual function as I’m often making two things at once. When using as a single unit it’s large enough to do most of my baking without having to use the oven.Some minor cons:-The drip tray is right under the heating element so it’s hard to put a foil liner underneath to keep the bottom clean.-Cleaning is a bit of a hassle when using the mesh trays as food and juices spill onto the heating elements.-It takes longer for food to crisp compared to basket style air fryers but you just need to adjust the temperature and time.But all in all these are just minor issues compared to how wonderful it is.

Bought this for my dad and he loves it! Took him a while to figure it out but now he cooks in it all the time. He love how you can cook 2 things at the same time. It has a lot of room. He has been using it for 6 months already and no issues. Great quality as well.
