Amazing
Feels like I’m getting a real massage, except I’m in control of where it’s placed. It kneads very deep but I can control the pressure with the weight of my arms in the loops. I compared it to other neck massagers of this same type, and this did the best job with the least amount of noise, and with the most settings (3 different speeds vs. some others which only have 2 speeds). I’m glad I went for a cordless one because I can take this anywhere in my home and not worry about finding an open outlet. The battery life is pretty good, I get probably 4-5 30 minute massages out of it before needing to recharge, which only happens every 5 days or so if I use it daily. It’s been helping a lot with my shoulder and neck tension I experience on a daily basis–my chiropractor even told me those muscles are now a lot less tense than before.The heating aspect is hardly noticeable, but I don’t mind that since I mostly bought it for the massaging capability. I can feel the heat more if it’s right on my skin. You can adjust the heat too–settings are low, high, and off.The direction rotates every 30 seconds, but if you hit the directional button, it will change direction and stay that way until you hit the button again or turn it off. I use that feature a lot. The three speeds are nice but I tend to keep it on the main speed it’s automatically on because it’s just right.Note that the strength of the massage will weaken as the battery drains. Usually I don’t notice a difference until it’s almost out of battery (with maybe 30 minutes left), and even then, it still gives a great massage–and you can always increase the speed to compensate. You can avoid the weakening issue by keeping it charged or plugged in. I also don’t notice a difference in strength when it’s plugged in vs. unplugged with full battery, which is good.

I purchased this massager for lower back and left shoulder pain and it has worked wonders! I never knew the pain I was feeling could be caused by so many knots in my muscles! The deep tissue massage given is one of the best I’ve ever had. I could feel the knots being massaged away from my shoulder and my lower back. I’m usually not a DEEP TISSUE massage kind of gal, but I pushed through to see if my pain would be relieved. It didn’t disappoint! The massager shuts off after the recommended 30 min session.My initial massager arrived missing the charger, but it was nothing a chat with an associate didn’t fix; I had a new one delivered within 48 hours. Get the massager!

Quality and function
My whole uper and lower back, neck and arm hurt after work. As I am a CNA. I needed something for quick relief and to get out the tension in my shoulders. This neck massager does the job with quick relief, it is also very quiet compared to others. You can use it on your neck, back, shoulders, arms and legs. Very easy to use. Great mobility coving all areas you need for a massage as it has the speed levelsand a button to rotate right or left. It also has an option to heat which is a plus.

Great Massager but beware of the quality of the included charger.
The massager is great but BEWARE!!!! The wall charger that came with it, had bare wires! It’s broken and not safe to use. Luckily it comes with a charger for the car and that is where I intend to Use it anyways, on long car rides.

Bought this item as a Christmas Gift, all the hype from social media lived up through this item. The item has different style of speed at your choice, a heat level included to help with comfort, very easy to use and gives a great massage at free access which is some good value for money! The machine has a low noise level and the machine last up to about 10-15 minutes per massage. This machine has quite literally put myself and family members in a deep nap.

I have been in pain and when I realized I could purchase on HSA I grabbed it. I’ve been taking pain pills which I know isn’t a solution but I was in so much pain……this thing is multi functional!! I’ve been using it on my back and it’s been so helpful that I don’t need medication. I am going to work through other resolutions but this is such a blessing and I’m grateful. Thank you!!!

This is a great massager, I use it primarily for my neck and it really provides a deep massage. Please don’t have any hesitations buying this product, not only is it a great massager, but one the seller stands behind. Our original unit stopped working almost a year after purchase, but when I contacted the seller, they were super helpful and replaced my unit with no hassles! I would not hesitate to buy any of their other products.

Have been using this massager for over a year and it works very well. Charge last long. Motors are powerful and does to stop even when a detect amount of tension is applied.
