Overall great scale and takes quick measurements
I got this scale because it is not too big and has a Bluetooth connection to your phone.Because it is not too big, I can leave it on the counter. I track my food in App Cronometer so I measure everything in grams. This scale starts up quickly so it is very convenient.The scale comes with an app. That app is the only way to connect over Bluetooth. I tried it out and it has a lot of features and is very similar to MyFitnessPal. Unfortunately, it doesn’t track as many components of food as Cronometer, so I can’t use the app. This means there’s no way for me to take advantage of the Bluetooth. It would be great if other apps could use it.I highly recommend this scale even though I can’t use it wirelessly.

Important for tracking calories
Possibly my most important piece of equipment in order to maintain and improve my performance. The .1 gram increment is extremely useful when measuring fiber or greens powder.

I am not really tech savvy but the setup for this scale was incredibly easy. The app that comes with it has so much vital information. You will learn many things about the foods that you are eating. The scale is pretty much perfectly sized and very lightweight.

Amazing Scale and Food Tracker
I rarely give out five stars, but I’ve owned this scale for roughly one year. I have tested it against another scale I own, and I can attest to its accuracy. I absolutely love how the scale connects to an app and is able to track your macros and calories. This thing is a game changer when it comes to trying to lose or gain weight. Is the app 100% perfect I would say not but it is still great. The one thing about the scale that I wish was a little different though would be the ability to plug it in to an electrical outlet. The scale only runs on batteries. I would 100% recommend this product.

I’ve been using the Etekcity Nutrition Smart Food Kitchen Scale for a while now, and it’s been a great addition to my kitchen. It’s super easy to switch between grams and ounces, and the measurements are spot on, whether I’m baking or meal prepping. I love that it tracks nutrition, making it easier to keep an eye on calories and macros. The app is a nice touch, but it could be a bit more user-friendly

This scale is so accurate to me! I am currently tracking macros and my protein intake! The batteries have lasted a long time! Actually I don’t think I have changed them since I bought it a year ago. You wont regret this purchase plus the price is the cherry on top!

I didn’t end up using the app as it would be too time consuming versus using the current nutritional app I already have matched with my smartwatch but its good to know I have the option to verify if I needed to continuously check new ingredients.
