Great investment for your step aerobic needs!!
I loved doing step aerobics, so I thought I’d check to see if Amazon had aerobic steps for sale. And of course they did. When I received this aerobic step, I was very happy to see it is sturdy well made and just like the one I had 20 years ago it comes with two sets of risers should you need to increase the height of the step. If you are looking to get back into step aerobics or just start step aerobics, I highly recommend you purchase this step as a sidenote there are tons of videos on YouTube to work out with.

Love the fact that is adjustable three levels and is slip resistant. Step has plenty of surface area and is lightweight enough to be easily moved. Good workout for knee mobility.

Board delivered with rubber sticking up
The board came earlier than expected so that was a great and it does what it needed to do for my step class however when taking the board out of the box the rubber wasn’t adhering to the board.I went with this option hoping that it was better quality as I noticed another brand was doing the same thing. But I was disappointed as well. I should not have to apply glue on something that I bought brand new.
